I am so thankful for this service, they have helped me so much. The drivers are all very nice, never have they been rude.
I have alot of health issues and some times last minute changes to scheduled tests to where I have to call and change my pick up or returns. They have always been willing to work with me. You can't blame them for being a few minutes late because you never know what traffic issues they will have to deal with. The only issue is you have to call early in the morning to reach anyone otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Their driver ran over my dog who was on the edge of my driveway as he drove by. Clear view rural dirt road. The own Mark yelled at me over the phone and refused to talk to me, let alone apologize, or offer help with vet bills to have my dog euthanized. DO MOT TRUST THEM TO CARE ABOUT YOU!

This company has good drivers, and generally kind people answering the phone, but they do NOT have any sort of answering service and they leave early. Not there at all on Friday. Good luck if your driver quits, or is in an accident, and you should have been picked up at 4 or so. Nobody in the office to help! They need better customer service!
