Subject: Urgent: Discrepancy in Seat Allocation and Misbehavior by Bus Operator - Booking for 16.11.2024

Dear
Sai travel

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue regarding my booking for the bus journey from Karanjade, Panvel to Shirdi on 16.11.2024. My booking reference number is [NU711401100313116]

As per my confirmed booking, I have reserved five seats for this journey. However, the bus operator has provided only three seats and is now refusing to accommodate the remaining two seats. Furthermore, the staff has been misbehaving and even threatened not to allow me and my fellow passengers to board the bus.

This is a clear violation of the terms of my booking, and I kindly request you to take immediate action to resolve this matter by ensuring that all five seats are made available, as per the original reservation.

कृपया ह्या ट्रॅव्हल्स ने प्रवास करु नये कारण या ट्रॅव्हल्स मध्ये स्टॉप ला लेडीज शी बोलण्याची पध्दत नाही व स्लिपर बस चे टिकीट असुन सिटर बस मध्ये यावे लागले परत स्टॉप ला जाब विचारला तर ते बोलतात आम्ही काय करु बसायचे तर बस नाही तर तुम्हाला वाटेल ते करा हि पध्दत चुकीची आहे हे सर्व मिडीया हायलाईट करणे व कोणीही या ट्रॅव्हल्स मध्ये टिकीट बुक करु नये हि विनंती.

खूपच घाण सर्विस होती ती कालच शिर्डीवरून ती कालच शिर्डी ती कालच शिर्डीवरून मुंबईसाठी आलो लो होतो गाडीची स्लीपर सीट खूपच घाण होती बेडशीट घाण होती चार्जिंग पॉइंट काम नव्हतं करत रीड लॅम्प काम नव्हता करत गाडीच्या वरच्या साईडला जी कार्पेट आहे ते फाटलेलं होतं गाडीच्या साईडला चुकलेलं होतं कोणताही क्लिननेस नव्हता बेडशीटला घाण वास येत होता पुन्हा कधीही साई ट्रॅव्हल्स चेंबूर मधून मी ट्रॅव्हल करणार नाही आणि तुम्हालाही सांगतो प्लीज करू नका खूप घाण सर्विस आहे

We took a bus from Shirdi to Borivali from 12:30 and it is already 10:32, I have not reached Borivali yet..very dirty service, not safe to leadise?

Not deserve the one star, waste of time and money,the staff was so rude, reached the destination by 4 hr late , if I don't have any option then also I will not travel by this bus , drive is saying that why u come in this bus , if you want to do on time make private taxi , so rediculos

Sai Travels worst and pathetic service.
1. There was no bed-sheet on mattress after asking to driver they gave us cleaner bed-sheet you can see on last pictures.
2. Not even one bed-sheet has been change after asking to bus guy he told we don’t change the bed-sheet because we don’t have new one that's so shocking sentences been heard during the time of covid.
3. No cleaning in the bus all the trash bottles lying on the floor. Tabacco spit were around inside the bus.
very pathetic service. The bus guy who was taking care inside told they don’t have time to clean the bus. Very Bad Experience , Please I request everyone not to travel by this bus it's Pathetic, Unhygienic. So we thought calling the head office which was in chembur, there was a guy name with mishra who told us they will figure it out but no response from there side. There’s a few pictures attached just to justify by review’s.
