1/23/25 BTD College station bus driver was rude on the blue bus. He was complaining about music and being loud on my phone. I had it down so far down that you could barely hear it. I had to put my phone to the ear to be able to hear it and he still complained about it the professionalism that he has is very unprofessional yelling at customers from his driver seat to the back of the bus While there’s a another person on the bus on the phone, talking very loud.

Be careful riding with this unprofessional company. My mom rode with them to a doctor's appointment and they charge $3.50. My mom only had a $20 and the driver claimed they did not have change. This company left my mom at her appointment so she called to see what would happen to her money that was owed back to her. The representive was rude and informed her that she did not have to ride with them and she was not getting her money back. This company is supposed to be respectful to the seniors and they are not! I will contact a higher authority about my mother's money that is due to her and her experience that she had with them as well! If you have a complaint please leave a review so something can be done about this company!

I am so grateful for the courtesy and helpfulness of the two Brasos Transport drivers that were my rides today. I found out about this marvelous service from another driver and was impressed enough to try it. I am so glad to have done so. The two buses were spotless and comfortable. My wheelchair was not a problem and was safely secured for the trip.
I’ve missed appointments because of the ongoing challenges of dealing with moving my walker in and out of my truck. This was so smooth today. I’m looking forward to using this economical and convenient transport again often.

My Mother was injured due to A Driver, the Driver failed to secure her Scooter. Driver made a turn and my Mother was flipped off her Scooter and unable to get up. The Scooter was not properly secured. EMS had to help my Mother up as the Driver did not offer her much assistance. When I called to speak with Someone about this I was very polite, she asked if I’d like to file A Complaint? Seriously my Mom got hurt due to your Driver not securing her Scooter properly, and your attitude is what do I want? Wow.

Twice this week I missed the bus because they refused to wait 1 minute (this morning-grey, yesterday afternoon-green). This morning, she didn't see me waving from 100 ft away and kept driving. I quickly called dispatch but she wouldn't do a u turn and dispatch (260-7730) expected me to wait an hour in the wet cold (51 degrees) for the next one. You see I get around in a wheelchair and can only move so fast. To any out there- how do I get a refund for the s&d ride I am now forced to take to an appointment since my fixed route pass won't work.

BTD rocks!! Their prompt, courteous and will make sure your where you need to be! Carrie, a recent driver, is awesome; she is very kind and compassionate and keeps it real… I’d highly recommend BTD for all of ur medical appointments/

Its the worst bus service ever i have never bben disgrace like did today. I wave for the green bus to stop in stead he looked at me and waved his hands and keeped going. So i called it in first guy said it was a women driving but i swear it was a guy driving anyway he was nice but then he tranfered me to transite anther male gguy pick upi toldhim my problem but i stead of finshing he cut me off by say serser ok what is it there is nothing hecando for me but he said i can catch the bus on the other side i rush ed to the other side almost getting hit by a car . i got on the bus that came on the other side . goi g to were i am am going.

Utterly disgusted with this company!! A guy got dropped off for his Dr appointment 2 hours early by this company, and they said they'd be back in an hour. Four hours later they finally came back after 7 freaking calls from the guy, the Dr office, and even another patient. Do not use this company!!
