Went into store today to exchange some Christmas presents and was told by 2 members of staff that we had missed the holiday exchange date. Got home and checked the Pandora website, the last daye is actually the 31st January. It was a wasted trip, my time, petrol and parking charge.

It's an empty store! They have only a few items, and if you want something, they don't take your order. Instead, they offer to go to another shop in Warwickshire or Leamington!

Had the best customer service I’ve ever experience because of Joe. He was so lovely and attentive and very informative. He had answers to every question we had and allowed us to take our time to pick out the most gorgeous bracelet with some charms we added on. We also got it engraved and his expert opinions and support was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be re commending this branch to everyone I know and coming here for all my future purchases. Love visiting the store its always bright and shiny and the customer service is impeccable. I was served by Zaynab
(102) and her excellent communication and kindness beamed through her service. She put my requests into consideration and helped me pick out the best pieces and goes the extra mile to explain which is best suited to me.
And to top it off she packaged my purchase in the most presentable way.

Worst customer service in store to exist 15-12-23 10:00am Lady with dark hair and a fridge and a lady with short black and white mixed hair. Most unprofessional attitude I have ever dealt with. Shall never come back. Every other pandora store seemed to have a very decent customer service and this one always disappoints, puts me off buying anything. Would never come back to this store again and would not recommend. Wish I had an option for 0 stars because even 1 is too much.
