Tolle kleine, dafür aber sehr atmosphärische Eishalle, in der man sogar rund um die Bande stehen darf. Nebenbei gibt es die wohl beste heiße Schokolade innerhalb eines Sportstadions.

Small arena which seems to host a variety of events and activities; everything from Ice Hockey to figure skating to public skating times and lessons.
Not great toilet facilities and badly signposted, but good selection of food places when I visited for the ice hockey.
There's plenty of parking round the back in the multistory - and it's reasonably priced. Just be aware that about 30m before the hockey game we were parking right at the top so arrive in good time.
Also be aware the seats weren't numbered, so it's easy to find section 13 and row D, but good luck finding your exact seat!

Nice rink and overall nice atmosphere however, staff and condition of the skates lets it down massively which is a shame. Arrived and the receptionist told us although spaces left for that day that we could not buy tickets from her but instead had to do it online. This was confusing as there was no where online which said this, but agreed and spent 15 mins booking online on our phone in the reception area, we then re joined the queue with our reservation email. However, we had then noticed that two groups in front of us were then paying over the counter with the same lady with a card reader. When I then questioned this she said 'they weren't able to book online'. I was annoyed that she had made out that we weren't able to do this with her and had wasted our time. Comes off really unprofessional and quite discriminatory. The other negative was the skate hire, the condition of the hire skates were appalling. The plastic all ripped at the front of the skates and the insides are ripped. Also, did think £18 for an adult is quite pricey, if you would want to take a family would add up quite quickly.

Good parking, clean and inviting entrance, however the actual rink itself could be improved. I have been a couple times to play ice hockey and to train with some of the local teams, and always found the staff friendly and the changing rooms clean if a little small for a full team.

One of the worse rinks in the EIHL but I love visiting. Staff are friendly ,food and drink is great. Parking is worse now the island parking has gone and the Ikea. All in all fans needs to appreciate the team more and have less piped clapping and cheering when the Blaze score.

Went to watch Boxxer Series Lightweights i must say it was a Fantastic Evening, the whole experience was great and the atmosphere was brilliant.
The boxing was thrilling to watch and kept you on the edge of your seat.
The beer prices was steep but to be expected paid £6 for half pint and £10 for a pint. I also had a Papa John's pizza that I paid £15 for a large cheese & tomato.
Food was nice and was cooked fresh.
Overall we had a great night for this boxing event

A great venue for family entertainment. This evening we watched a Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Match.
Parking near by with reasonable parking rates for a town centre attraction.
Good food outlets at Planet Ice, including a papa John's pizza. Nearby there there are a variety of pubs and restaurants and also within walking distance of the shopping centre.

Great ice hockey weekend for the NIHL FINAL FOUR PLAYOFFS. The atmosphere is always great and the event team friendly. A good selection of food and drink and plenty of bars and cafés.
