I’m so pleased we chose Disney Best Transfer for our recent trip to Disneyland Paris. The communication from start to finish was excellent and the drivers were very courteous. The cars were very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Wir haben längere Zeit nach dem passenden Transferdienst für uns gesucht. Neben dem Preis fand ich bei den meisten die Vorkasse oder fehlende Stornierbarkeit ohne weitere Kosten doof. Der Anbieter Disney Best Transfer war mir schon deshalb sofort sympathisch. Der Preis war vergleichsweise günstig und ich musste nichts vorher bezahlen. Erst nach der Fahrt hat man diese bezahlt. Bis kurz vor Inanspruchnahme der Dienstleistung hätte ich diese ohne weitere Kosten stornieren können. Von der Buchung/Reservierung meines Shuttles bis hin zur Ausführung war alles perfekt. Die Fahrer waren pünktlich und sehr freundlich, sprachen englisch, die Fahrzeuge waren in sehr gutem Zustand und man hat sich wirklich gut betreut gefühlt. Ich kann diesen Transferservice aus jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

We’ve used this company twice now for our airport run to Disneyland and both times have been a pleasure. The drivers are very professional but the support tops it all. There’s communication from start to end and are easy to get hold of over WhatsApp for any queries.

Well no doubt use them again for our next trip to Disneyland!

Did not regret choosing Paris Disney Best Transfer!

After researching a couple of transport services for the best way to travel from CDG to Disneyland Paris, our choice fell to Paris Disney Best Transfer.

Factors that I considered for choosing a private transfer was mainly to avoid complications, haggling and what have you should you opt for Airport Taxis or the train after a 13 hour flight.

We choose our pick up time taking into consideration our landing time of around 2115 (night), clearing customs, and baggage pick up, thus time we requested was for 2145.

After your initial request, an email will be sent to you with your chosen date and time and cost (from them). You need to REPLY to confirm your booking. After which you will get a confirmation email regarding your booking from them. Apart from emailing them, I used WhatsApp to communicate with them. I used this messaging app to contact them on the day of my departure to reconfirm pick up. Any messages sent to them were answered promptly and thus made me feel assured that should there be any problems, miscommunication or changes in arrival time I could inform them immediately.

As predicted, we were only out at 2215 half an hour past our pick up time (they do state that they will wait an hour from the time you chose), but with WhatsApp I was able to contact them to let them know that we were waiting for our luggage. Again the almost instantaneous reply put our mind at ease knowing that pick up was already waiting for us.

When we exited, our driver (Mr. Arjith) has a sign up (an iPhone) with my name on it, we greeted and followed him to the carpark where our luggage were loaded and of we go without any hassle.

I was so pleased with this worriless and seamless pick up that I decided to use them again for our move from Disneyland to Paris City and from Paris City to CDG (Airport) I contacted them through WhatsApp, but still did confirmation through emails. Again everything went smoothly. The drivers were on standby half an hour before the chosen pick up time, I was even able to change our pick time through WhatsApp without any problems. The vans were clean and spacious and the drivers were very polite and speaks English well, so another thing off your worry list.

I would definitely recommend them and would use them again for future!!!

Very pleased with our choice to use Paris Disney Best! Our driver showed up 10 minutes early and was courteous and ensured that we were on track to make our flight on time even with the morning traffic. I could not find a better option to get from Disneyland Paris to CDG airport through research and did not want to worry about getting an Uber/taxi the morning of our flight back to the US so I booked a car service to have peace of mind. The shuttle sent was large, comfortable, and clean. The driver was safe and aware and let us know about some things we passed and why we took any detours from the normal route (traffic/construction). Would definitely use again to get to and from airport when we return to France.

Servizio impeccabile, macchine nuove e pulite, autisti simpatici e disponibili. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio sicuramente e se dovessi tornare sceglierei loro seza dubbi. Ho organizzato un transfer con 16 amici, 12 adulti e 4 bambini, in hotel differenti vicino Disneyland. Trovo comodo che il pagamento sia effettuato direttamente sul posto per non avere fregature on line. Do 4 stelle e non 5 solo perché al ritorno eravamo un po' stretti (in Van omologati probabilmente per 7 eravamo in 6 adulti e 2 bambini, non il massimo anche in termini di sicurezza). Absolutely brilliant service from the easy booking to the superb driver who was really helpful and made sure we were dropped off right outside our accommodation and on the return showed us where to check in. Lovely 7 seater car and the driver Peter was lovely with the 2 children in out party, making sure the 6 year old had a booster seat.
