I used LA Coach for a union event which had some last minute adjustments and then variations during the actual event. They were so accommodating and very professional. Mr. Lee, the driver, was great. Also, the price was fair. I've used several charter companies in the past and so far this is the best one.

Our union used LA Coach for another event recently and if I could give 100 stars I would. This time, even though we had to reschedule yet again, Mr. Tae at LA Coach was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It's rare to find a company like this. Very glad I did.

Our group has been using LA Coach Charter service for number of years. We had number of drivers in the past who drove us, and we were always, 100% satisfied with how safely they got us to the destination (and back!).
Every driver we had were courteous, kind, and helpful. When we had to contact the main office or representatitve, we could get in touch with them to make sure our reservations were going well in place.

They would make their best efforts to accommodate to our requests.
Bus conditions were always impeccable; clean seats, aisles, and window area.

The level of professionalism from the first contact is to be commended. They provided the group superb service and stupendous safety from start to finish. The customer service received was outstanding as they responded to all questions in a timely manner and offered an opportunity to visit the bus yard to conduct a bus walk-through of a couple fleet that was parked at the time and this gave a visual of the quality of business from an overall view and this was found to be exceptional.
This was my first time with LA Coach after years of trail & error with other several companies so I now have finally found a company to provide the group with annual transportation service.

So I really have so much positive things to say about this company but ill make this short. The staff were amazing and the driver was the sweetest person ever. I was making an over night trip out of town and from another company my driver canceled on me the night before. I found this company on googand and asked if anything was available and sure enough it was. They were really amazing and the bus was super clean and cozy. Definitely will book all my trips with them from now on.

Tae Jeong was amazing rep. Because of a last minute mixed up from another company we had no bus. Called this company and Tae from LA Coach was able to help me get a bus with only 4 days to go for our trip. He gave us a great deal oppose to other companies. The drivers assigned to us were amazing. KEVIN one of our drivers was an awesome person with great personality , great driving and service from both of them. They were on time, and communicated frequently with any suggestions and to see if we were good.
