I tried to call about lost property many times and the automated responses took me round in circles and i was never able to talk to a human person. This depot has lost so much of my lost property and been lazy and incompetent in responding to inquiries for lost property. I have also been catching since i was very young and most bus drivers are consistently rude. I once got on a bus where the bus driver was aggressively swearing at school children without any provocation.

Yet again, the bus did not turn up! Advertised as 0601 from abeam Maxwell, I stood in the cold and waited nearly 15 minutes for the 0611 to arrive. Not surprisingly, it filled up quickly, so my plan to travel on an uncrowded bus and arrive early for work was thwarted. What a useless service!

Bus (572 to Turramurra Station) has just drove by and not stopped - the bus was full at the front, but had plenty of room at the back. We now have to wait 20mins for the next one…..please think, and be aware that buses are not coming along every 3 mins. There was room for all.

Forest coach lines is not even deserving of one star. I’m outraged that they cancelled the 7 am Killarney bus to the city. I’ve tried to work around the changes for the last week and It’s not possible. I have tried to catch the bus at the main road Darley street stop, Starkey street stop etc. each day I do 5+ buses drive past those stops saying full. Some of which were not full. Can you please create more bus services

Changed bus route times from Terrey Hills to City. Early 270 bus changed to 15 mins later, then cancelled at last second. Numerous passengers waiting. 30 minutes next bus. Disgusting service. Get your act together. 2 days in a row.

The 260 bus is consistently late or cancelled and it is unacceptable This morning, the 710 bus didn't show up, and in the over 30min I was waiting for the next one, 7 city busses came, 4 chatswood buses, and 2 warringah mall buses. To then have to pay over $5 for a bus that rarely shows up and never on time is downright rude.

Absolutely atrocious bus services out here. First, I was waiting in the blistering heat on a 37° summer's day for 2 hours because one of the Terrey Hills buses were canceled.

Now, today I had to change my plans and find a way home through their godawful bus service instead of going where I need to because the 197 to Mona Vale which runs hourly was canceled. Meanwhile there were at leaat 8 "Not in Service" buses coming past me.
