The booking process was seamless, and the quality of the vans met expectations. However, our experience with a particular driver fell short of satisfactory. Nonetheless, upon reporting the issue, the company took immediate and responsible actions to address it. Their prompt response and sincere efforts in resolving the matter reflect positively on their commitment to customer satisfaction and safety.

While our journey had its bumps, I leave with a good impression of the company, knowing they take customer feedback seriously and are dedicated to improvement.

Friendly and professional Service. Lovely clean vehicles. Our driver Phil helped us with our luggage from the arrivals lounge and had lots of local knowledge to impart on us on the way. Great overall service.

Used Snowbound Transfers to get from Geneva to Courchevel and had a great experience! Had the option of a shared car but, as we were travelling internationally and were concerned about flight delays, opted for a private car. Our driver (Phil) was gracious, on time and knew the quickest (as well as loveliest) road to get to our destination. He had lots of patience for our many questions about the area, as well. Very good experience overall!

January 2020 transfer 3 people from La Tania to Geneva Airport. The transfer was in a very clean and comfortable Renault minibus. Our driver Jake picked up exactly on time and was very friendly and polite throughout the journey. We got dropped off directly outside the terminal at Geneva with plenty of time after a very relaxing journey. I would definitely recommend.

We traveled with the company from Geneva airport to La Tania. Our driver Phil was extremely professional and friendly to chat to along the 2 hour journey.
We were upgraded at the airport which was a great surprise and meant we traveled in style and comfort.
