Don’t waste your time. The warnings in the reviews are accurate. We had email confirmation. Called this week and got verbal confirmation. They no call, no showed on us for pickup this morning. Also, Steve was extremely rude and denied they accepted our trip as I read the details back to him from the email on the phone. Yet he did confirm this was the correct company and ultimately no confusion on my part. Uber isn’t much more and is way less hassle.

SAS cancelled my booking I made for transportation from MIA cruise port to FLL airport the day of, a few hours before, the trip. Their email to me says it all:

"I apologize for this (cancellation) but your reservation was made 7 months ago and to be honest being a shared ride service we do not provide service for just 2 passengers."

My suggestion is if you want your transportation booking to actually show up use someone else, we used MJS and they were amazing.

They never showed or answered their phone. Their email instructions said to call them when I am disembarking for pickup location. They didn’t answer. I left a voicemail and called no less than 10 times. The RC employees and another shuttle company said they picked up between bay 7-9. After waiting for 90 minutes we took an Uber for not much more money. If you need reliable transportation don’t count on this company.

Have to admit, I was a little concerned with using them because their most recent reviews were not so great. But we stayed with them and it worked out great. Larry texted me early in the morning to confirm the pickup time and again when he was about 10 minutes out. The van was much nicer than we expected, more like a corporate transport than a simple 15-pax van, and very comfortable seating with charging ports for phones. Brought us right to the pier and lugged our 8 suitcases out of the back with a smile. Would definitely use them if we take this route again.

Excellent Communication from time of booking and to and from trips Fort Lauderdale airport to Miami cruise port. On time pick up from hotel. Brian always told us what to expect. I'm so happy to have found this!!

Transportation was perfect! Used them for trip to cruise port and cruise port back to hotel and Michael was absolutely amazing, I called morning of cruise and 10 minutes later he was here and after cruise Michael was outside as we came out of security and back to hotel. Very highly recommend. Job well done Michael and Steve

Used SAS to get us from the holiday Inn in Fort lauderdale to the Miami port and then from the Port to Fort lauderdale Airport a week later. Everything went perfect. I was called aproxamitly 30 mins before pickup time to confirm where we were staying. The van was very nice condition. it held our party of 9 plus 4 other people picked up at a different location. On pickup from the port I received a text early morning to check what time we were leaving the ship. I called the driver when we got into the pickup area and he was there within 15 mins. Good ride and communication. Would use them again.

They were on time and very reasonable price nice Fleet of vans.
The driver that I had was very nice helpful and explain some of the history of Miami. As we drove to the port.
