Drivers show no regard to others, I was trapped in the parking lot of a Dollar General in Calumet City. The driver rudely told me to back up because there was plenty of room. I said absolutely not and he went on to throw a tantrum. He continues to unload and makes me wait the duration of the time.

Pepsi is so dedicated to delivering product, they apparently drive through residential yards to do so. Yes this is my yard, and that fence is several feet from the actual road. Operator ran over that snow stake like his mom on the weekends. Have a great video of this lost, non trained GPS focused driver. Thanks for the property damage!

One of your drivers in a semi truck was tailgating the hell out of me and my wife last week on i465 . Even after i made several motions for him to back off he just kept coming up super close while moving and within a few feet when the traffic came to a stop . And i did not jump in front of him and slow down . He got behind and started doing that . Im a professional driver myself and was disgusted with how close this guy was following. Tried to call the company but was unable to get through to anyone. This driver has no business behind the wheel of a truck . Wife got a pic after he finally decided to go by

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with an incident involving a driver from New Bern Transport Corp (USDOT 692947), who was hauling a Gatorade trailer.

Today, we found ourselves in an extremely inconvenient situation, as our vehicle was blocked in our parking spot for over 20 minutes by this driver's trailer. This not only caused a significant delay in our schedule but also reflected a lack of professionalism and respect for others' time.

What compounded my disappointment was the driver's attitude upon returning. There was a blatant disregard for the inconvenience caused, accompanied by an attitude that was dismissive and insensitive. The driver seemed to find amusement in our predicament, laughing off the situation without any semblance of an apology or acknowledgment of the issue.

This experience has left me with a very poor impression of New Bern Transport Corp. It is alarming that such behavior is exhibited by representatives of your company. I strongly believe that both the company and Gatorade need to reassess the standards to which your drivers are held. Professionalism and courtesy are basic expectations in any service industry, and it's disheartening to see them so flagrantly disregarded.

I hope this feedback prompts a review of your driver training and customer service protocols. It's crucial for a company to uphold not just efficiency in service but also respect and consideration for others.
