This bus company is horrendous! The first day I stood outside with my toddler waiting for a bus that never came. Second day, at pick up time I’m waiting outside my home for the bus to drop my 2 year old back to me.

The bus company called me, and had the audacity to ask me where I was as the driver was outside and I WAS NOT THERE AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION? Imagine my horror, standing outside my house and this train wreck of a bus company asking me why I wasn’t there to pick up my son? Naturally they took my boy to the wrong address! Absolutely horrific for any parent to hear. Mid sentence, the rep has the nerve to place me on hold for what could have been 10 minutes, the supervisor a terrible man called Andrew, comes on the line and tells me they’re 6 minutes away, and there’s nothing to worry about. Now I ask him if he was the same Andrew who neglected to return my phone calls for the last two weeks when I called to clarify the pick up and drop off schedule. Ohhhh he didn’t like that one bit. Andrew then goes on to call me “irrational” and proceeds to call me “difficult”. Sir, you were sent paper work with my address, pick up and drop off times, I called you many times to clarify the information received and not once did I hear back from you! Where was I irrational? Where did you try to rationalize with me, please? I believe the proper word you were looking for was unreasonable, which I was not, there is no reasoning with a mother when Your driver took her baby to the WRONG DROP OFF SPOT! And you try to gaslight me into believing I’m in the wrong being absolutely mortified that your sham bus company has 0 regard for people’s children! You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. Truly awful.

What a disgusting bus company, I cannot believe they are allowed to engage with children they should be shutdown immediately. Everyone is extremely rude and they lie about the arrival/ departure times. My child was downstairs at 7:37 am the bus is scheduled to arrive at 7:40. They arrived early and were already leaving as we arrived downstairs. When I called to report this I was hung up on. They never called to even say they were downstairs waiting or that they had arrived early they simply left. The driver and matron are equally rude never saying good morning although I am entrusting them with my child’s safety. The company needs to lose all its contracts they suck! If I could give zero stars I would.

LATE! Call the base and they do nothing to correct it. If you have a choice do not use them. HORRIBLE!

I DONT like this bus company so much because I always have to take my daughter out at the time they say and then be scolding as if we were their family, which is why I want to change the bus company. They do not understand that I have a disabled son and that is why whenever my husband and I are not there at the time they want us to be outside with my daughter. I AM THE MOTHER OF MY DAUGHTER CALLED AEVG (INITIALS), WHO LIVES MOUNT VERNON NY WHO TAKES THE BUS OF THIS COMPANY.

This bus company is very unprofessional. I have numerous issues with this bus company. They constantly change the pick up time for my child to get on the bus. They claim they call you with the updated changes & they don't until you call to complain that your child bus is late & come to find out they left your child. The set time that was given for us was 7:35 am we get downstairs at that time & the bus driver pulls off. No call to see if he is coming down or nothing. We call the bus company now we are told we have to be downstairs 5 mins before the bus pick up. But before we were told the bus waits 5 mins after the schedule pick up time. Which one is it? I will be making a complaint this is ridiculous for a bus company

Awesome, DS used their service when he was going to Fred S Keller School. We had 4 sets of drivers and monitors. Rosy & Jaja (Yaya) and Dominique & Mary were the best. Took care of DS on the bus like their own kid. The co-ordinators in the office were good too. Thank you folks.

I just saw bus 233 coming off John Walsh Blvd Road raging with a blue truck.. Riding side by side on Louisa Street.. unbelievable...

I was in a left turn lane going from rte. 100 onto the Sprain. The school bus came up to the right and made a left in front of me, cutting me off. Dangerous aggressive driving. April 18th around 3:40 PM
