Super impressed with the company. You usually expect a long wait at the airport. There were 5 of us and we went to the Skiidy Gonzales pick up point and got put into a minibus within half an hour with a couple. Friendly driver and probably the quickest transfer I’ve ever had. We were in Morzine hours before the other half of our party who used another shuttle service. On departing from our trip they were bang on time and we were off and away very quickly. They are good on communication also! Have recommended to lots of friends!

I was so impressed with you as a company . Unfortunately two of our party missed the flight from Heathrow to Geneva and you kindly waited an hour so that we could all go to Morzine together and then on our return BA cancelled our flight and I had to ring your charming emergency line on a Friday night and the girl I spoke to sorted us out in such a helpful way having to accommodate two and two of us travelling separately. I couldn’t recommend you more highly. Also we were lucky enough to have a delightful driver called Jose who drove us beautifully both ways and couldn’t have been more charming. A very pleasurable experience having had a worrying time both ways.

I have used Skiidy many times and always felt the slightly higher price was worth it for a fast service. Unfortunately on this occasion I was left at the airport for over 2 hours waiting while others came and went. I spoke to my driver as soon as I arrived and he told me to wait for about 20 minutes, 2 hours later still no word. While the office was helpful I was told a driver was on site but didn't see anyone for another 35 minutes. I appreciated that they dropped me off first once in a van but was very disappointed with the service this time.

Efficient , friendly and communicative . But I was scheduled for a pickup time 5 hours and 20 minutes before my flight . The ‘tentative ‘ pickup time on my confirmation was 4 hours before ,which is reasonable for a 50 mile / 80 km drive . I then got a text message saying that pickup would be 5:20 before my flight.

And then my pickup was delayed by 25 mins ( we were the first ones ). So my friend and I left the slopes early and ended up twiddling our thumbs .

I understand that it’s hard to run logistics taking into account multiple variables , but it seems that corners were cut to send fewer vans out rather than be reasonable around travel times. And one gets the usual song and dance about accounting for delays etc and how everything is accounted for in the fine print .

In a nutshell, they’re a decent and reliable option and the drivers are very friendly , but be prepared to waste your time so they can save a few bucks . I’m going to go back to renting a car.

Transferred to Morzine and back from Geneva, outstanding service as always. Declan, my driver on both occasions was a smooth and safe driver, staying calm when swiftly dealing with a flat tyre at the beginning of our return journey. Great people to deal with, best transfer in Morzine!
