The station is beneath a major shopping and entertainment complex with
supermarkets, restaurants, fashion and major department stores all accessible via undercover walkways / aerobridges.
Staff always on hand as well as automatic ticket and myki charging machines.

Train station is located in lower ground floor not the building. The building is full of shops with Coles supermarket. You can buy the Myki card from customer service counter.you will get trains for all location from this station.

Nice station. I feel very safe with the PSO's and the train staff are lovely. If my Myki has an error , they always help me out, I like it when I had a load of baggage and the staff were very helpful getting me through the barriers. Only one thing , the toilets could do with a clean

지하는 기차역이구 지상은 쇼핑몰입니다. 예뻐요.
혹시 짐 보관 하실분들은 지하 Ground층 가셔서 역 들어가는 개찰구 옆쪽에 Holiday XP라는 곳 가시면 짐 개당 $5에 맡길 수 있습니다. 하루 잠깐 맡길거면 southern cross역보다 여기 짐 맡기는 게 싼 거 같아요!

Busy as you'd expect but for the most part it flows smoothly. Clean station, though it is starting to look a little old and I'd definitely avoid using the bathrooms.
