Wish I didn’t have to give 1 star. My 85 year old grandmother needed a taxi to get to a doctors appointment, as she does not drive. She called and scheduled to be picked up. This taxi service did not show up to get her and she missed her eye appointment. She called to figure out why she wasn’t picked up, the person she spoke to was extremely rude, even telling her that they hope she goes blind. What kind of person/ business says something that rude to an 85 year old woman DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Will also be filing a report with the BBB. You should be ashamed of yourself. How do you run a successful business speaking to someone as you did my grandmother?

Driver was really nice, fast, efficient. He also helped me get back on the road. I ran out of gas in the middle of night so I called to get a eay to the gas station!! So glad for his help!

I called this guy at 1:30 I had to be at work (8 min drive) he said 30 minutes he’s be there. at 2:44 I called him back and he said they were busy but I’m his next stop. At 3:00 when I already walked up and loaded a pre paid debit and ordered a Uber and now late for work he calls me and he’s just now getting near me. Uber was there in less than 10 min. At your service made me late and I called and hour and a half prior! If you have to be somewhere like work or appointments these guys are not reliable! I will never order a cab again from these clowns.

They was on time and friendly safe driver also the price was cheap ,also very clean no smoking ofcourse, also needed to make a stop and he had no problems with that but he said he would just keep the meeter running lol

Multiple times in the past year I have called and waited over an hour for a taxi. Today, i waited for almost two hours before I just called Elite Taxi and had them come get me. Usually, the people who answer the phones and a lot of the drivers are very, very rude and inconsiderate. I understand that businesses are busy, especially with everything going on. But to wait over an hour most times, then almost two hours when I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes is completely unacceptable and i will never use at your service again.

Really poorly managed taxi company. Tried setting up a business contract with them. They were regularly at 1 hour or 2 hour delays. A couple of times never even showed up to our scheduled pick up of a client. They are inexpensive, but there's a reason why.

When I used this service, no meter was ran so he just came up with a number which I thought was outrageous. I went four miles about a 6 min drive and he said 30 bucks cash only. Then proceeded to say he didn't have change. I continued to ask and he gave me five bucks back saying it was all he had. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this service.
