An autumn transportation bus hit my vehicle and kept driving in Hartford CT. I have contacted this company over several times. They told me that cannot help me because I don't have a bus number and there's nothing they can do to help me retrieve the bus number. This made me concern, there's nothing in place where the bus company can retrieve a bus number? No paper trail? So if something happens on a school bus with children and you have no way of knowing the bus number as the bus company? They lack efficiency, professionalism and humility.

Esto es lo peor los empleados soy muy irrespetuosos te cuelgan la llamada yo no se ni por q las escuelas de ct tienen contratos con estas personas de verdad increíble una de las representantes me dijo que me devolviera a New York cuando claramente se lo oía que ella no es ni de este país les juro q si hubiese grabado la llamada lo publicará en todos los noticieros para dejar en descubierto la clase de personas que tienen trabajando para esta compañía se atrevió a decirme que los niños en CT caminan cuando he escuchado casos de secuestro a menores e incluso en el building frente de mi hogar a cada rato disparan a plena luz de el día y así quieren que yo deje a mi hija sola en la parada de la guagua mientras cojo el bus o camino a buscar a la otra en la escuela creí q CT lo hacía mejor en cuanto a la transportación deben fumigar el personal que tienen y contratar personas nuevas que si quieran trabajar de corazón espero q la llamada con esa señora haiga quedado grabada para que su supervisor la escuchara lo que no entiendo aquí es que veo opiniones de años y hasta con fotos y no entiendo como el departamento de educación no ha hecho nada al respecto sobre esta situación la calificación es pésima

This company is horrible, especially the small busses. They fail to call parents when the original driver calls out, and when the pick-up time changes, dispatchers are rude, just like some drivers as well. Dispatchers tell you one thing bus driver does another. Im so frustrated with this company they never seem to have an answer or never have their things put together. If I could give a -0, I would in a heartbeat. Worst company ever.

We used Autumn Transportation to shuttle our wedding guests from the church to the reception to the hotel. The bus was a nice black and white one, and the driver, Peter, was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he transport us safely on a rainy day, he also made sure to have a playlist going and a great ambiance in the bus, all while remaining very professional. Thanks also to Lynn who was my point of contact while organizing.

The staff at Autumn transportation are great, very helpful, however, some of the bus drivers aren’t that nice. They need to have them work on their interactions with the parents and family members of the students that they transport.

If I could give zero stars I would. They failed to pick my daughter up for school today and I spent all day trying to get answers. The rude dispatch tried to tell me that the bus was at our stop at 750 and at school by 9. I was sitting there from 727 to 900 and no bus came. The school confirmed that the bus did not arrive by 9. Then they told me to call CREC and hung up on me. My daughter confirmed when she got home that the bus driver drove RIGHT BY our stop and when the other students told him that he was driving by our bus stop he didn’t care and KEPT GOING. Because why do your job and pick up the students on your bus route ZERO STARS you guys are AWFUL. You LIED to me and said the bus came to our stop when it didn’t. Left a message for Doris (the contact given by CREC) who never bothered to call me back. Then the afternoon sub was 45 minutes late with no notification.

I used this company for my daughters wedding to shuttle wedding guests back and forth from venue and two different hotels. The bus was perfect! Nice and clean great/new condition. The Driver was professional and very prompt and friendly. I will use this service again for airport transportation this fall. I highly recommend this company

This is who is trusted to drive autumn school buses
Aggressive unprofessional and not properly trained individuals who care more about their pride than the safety and well being of the children aboard their buses! The behavior witnessed by the children on this bus was unacceptable!
