I would not trust this company due to negligent and angry drivers. One was mad because he has to wait to turn right because of traffic out of a parking lot so he sped up on my left and made a right hand turn in front of me!

Tony and Nat were great picking me up today! They were early and we always laugh a lot on our way to and from. I'm treated like family and I feel safe with them. Sam and Anna have always treated me with respect and help to resolved any issues that may come up with a driver.

Sam saved the day for me when my husband was discharged from Marshall Hospital on short notice. He took a same-day gig in Placerville, was on time, communicated when he was on his way, was professional, courteous and competent. I appreciated his patience, and support, as the hospital kept both of us waiting outside in the Covid parking lot. The price for service was more than fair. Thank you Mr. Sam!

They are contracted by my Father's insurance for transportation, just like what the others say on this review they are always late in picking up patients. Today my Father waited 3hrs from a dialysis clinic and they never came, didn't even bother to call. My sister-in-law had to pick him up, he's already hungry and missed all his medications waiting for them. The clinic staff stated this has happened several times, they always make my Father wait for at least an hour. Zero star for poor service and communication. I will definitely file a complaint with the insurance so they would stop getting their services.

Absolutely horrendous! The driver was supposed to wait 5 min for me to run in and when I came out he was gone. Not only that he told the insurance company that it would be 45 min before he could return. He NEVER came back. What a joke. He couldn't speak English and he had another friend with him who he was speaking in a different language the whole time. Losers.

Late to EVERY appointment, very rude drivers. Two times they have tried to use the flat tire excuse. One man had his two special needs children in the back of his car which is where my child was going to be put. They were agressively yelling as soon as I tried to put my child in the backseat. Another driver had what I believe to be a prositute in the car as well, as she was being very unprofessional which made it extremely embarrassing.

In Jan 2018, we hired A-Z for a private pay to transfer our elderly parent from Kaiser Hospital to Skilled Nursing rehab because she was on oxygen. A-Z was easy to work with, good communication and was at the hospital 10 minutes early. It was a new model Sprinter Van, (not an old crummy Econoline van). The 2 guerny drivers were polite, kind and professional. They picked up our parent from her hospital room and made the transfer to the skilled nursing facility at a competitive price. ($50 less then what the hospital was quoting) Owner is Sam and personally followed up with us that everything was fine.
