We booked Bauer’s for our wedding on Oct 5th, and they canceled on us 45 minutes before they were scheduled to transport our guests to our reception. I got the call 5 minutes before our ceremony started. They refunded us but never gave a meaningful explanation why. Would give 0 stars if I could.
