If I could give them zero stars I would. I have no problem with some of their drivers. Some of them are nice. The problem comes when you try to talk to their customer service. Barbara/Janice are always the rudest people. They always rise their voice at you like if you were begging for something. They click on you just like whatever. I don't understand how a big and "professional" company like CTE can have these type of people working directly with their customers. Why would you keep people that is just making your company look this bad? They are the worst and it is crazy how those names appaer in most of the reviews.

Наверное самый худший подъезд к этому фасилити. Надо сделать поворот направо с Alameda st, затем остановиться перегородив действующие жд пути, затем дождаться чтобы водители 4х колёсных поняли что ты не помещаешься в ряд и продвинулись. Затем снова поворот уже налево к школе, где всегда есть люди которые не смотрят по сторонам и игнорируют 18ти колёсный трак. Очень неудачное место для трака с 53 ft прицепом. Что касается персонала, мне попадались замечательные люди, которые оставили только хорошие впечатления. Но когда компания даёт груз я стараюсь отказаться от поездки сюда. Из любой точки LA сюда ехать 2.5 часа что съедает 1/3 от рабочего времени. Избегайте это место пока они не переедут в более удобное здание ...

If it was up to me I wouldn’t give them any stars, unfortunately I have to in order to review. CTE is the worst. Barbara, Janice, Nancy the entire customer service crew are the rudest people I have ever felt with. The drivers don’t fall far from the rotten tree. I simply can’t with these people. Everyone is general should stop using them. We are working hard with our Vendors to drop CTE and replace them with professional dedicated preferred carriers.

I contacted CTE to inquire about a pick up request that was cancelled. The request was sent a week before the PO's start ship date and I mistakenly entered an earlier freight availability date, so naturally, CTE rejected the request. Working with larger freight forwarders, I've always had the option to schedule pick ups well in advance of the start ship date, so with this in mind, I tried to inquire from Babara what the earliest pick up request date could be in relation to my PO. My questions in general seemed to anger her. Barbara had no patience whatsoever, she raised her voice the entire duration of the call ended the call with "uh huh." I hope I never have to hate my job the way Barbara does hers. Putting her at the center of the customer service experience is a great choice if you're trying to drive away clientele.

The worst transportation company in the country. Greedy, selfish, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. The people right from the customer service to so-called management are extremely rude and discourteous. The manager is inexperienced with no business integrity and always ready to pick up a fight. Given an opportunity, this business will fleece you. Stay alert and best stay away from this business at all costs.

They are just plain rude. The drivers close their doors when they want. and when we call dispatch to complain , the ladies raise their voices and accuse us of holding their drivers hostage. they are simply rude and over dramatic.

Great place. Super nice gate guard and receiving dude. Easy access, clean organized place. And PLENTY of room to manover.
