I have worked all my life. Unfortunately had a accident last September. The team at Coventry office were absolutely fantastic. Helped me out with electricity and food bank. Also gave me guidance with my debts. Next visit was help with my pip application form. Very helpful and patient and genuine people who want to help. Thank you.

The advisers are kind and friendly, though quite busy, as well. I encourage every advice seeker to call the office at first and then arrange an appointment for meeting in person. I am grateful for their valuable, not-for-profit service and should just thank them for all their efforts and support to save our citizens' rights facing hard legal issues. Good luck to everyone!

Best ever for advice & help ?
My case worker Luke Hallet has been in giving me the advice, help & the support l need at this crucial time in my life as lam going through a real bad time after the cruel death of my baby sister. Waited on hold to speak to someone for 1hr and 50mins for that person to hang up the call when answered. Asks for a phone number if you get cut off but no one calls back!

The Citizens Advice Bureau are really helpful. However they are extremely busy. If you want to attend the drop in, be there for 8.30am to make sure you're seen. It does mean queuing for an hour but it's the best way.
