Ce que j'ai noté, c'est que certains conducteurs de cette société ne respectent, ni le code de la route, ni les autres usagers. Ces comportements suffisent à penser que cette société de transport n'offre pas la sécurité attendue pour ce type de service.

Excellent service and very firendly.

We arrived on 30th December 2017 in the middle of the worst snowstorm for four years and roads to the ski stations were closed. The Coolbus desk at the airport, manned by Will, were very informative and kept us up to date. We stayed in Geneva that night and our transfer was re-scheduled smoothly for the next morning and we were collected from our hotel.

For the return we had one of their new Tesla all electric saloons which was very comfortable and an excellent investment to reduce emissions.

Both the drivers, Michael and Amy, were very reliable and good company.

I would recommend them highly and we will use them again.

David was great! He was 20 minutes early which meant a lot as everything had gone wrong with our holiday before. We had a 2 and a half hour journey from la plagne to Geneva Airport and my girlfriend suffers from serious motion sickness. David drove very carefully on corners and the mini bus was super comfortable we paid for a private transfer and it was worth it, there were two arm chairs in the middle that reclined and we both fell asleep for most of the journey. David was very friendly but didn't talk too much. Well done coolbus/ski-lifts

Would highly recommend this company!
Our trip to Val D'Isere was smooth, comfortable and the gentlemen who took us, I believe his name was Robyn was very knowledgeable about the area, surprisingly! He even knew how many gallons of water was in the Dam near Tignes and how many fish habit in there, he said sometimes goes fishing at night. Must be cold although by the end of it he was sick of my questionable questions! The buses are clean and comfortable.
Could not fault them, will use again! Thanks CoolBus and Robyn.

At Geneva airport, the vans were parked in furtherest car park from terminal so a real hike through the airport and train station with multiple bags.

On transfer to resort the driver we had was busy texting another driver of various issues on the road (weather, police etc). The bus itself had defective windscreen wipers which made visibility from drivers side rather difficult in the hazardous conditions experienced going up the mountain.

From a route perspective, in both directions the driver took the route that runs on the East side of lake Annecy. For a passenger this is very very uncomfortable as it passes through multiple villages with speed bumps - many more so than on the West side.

I won’t be using them again.
