Order arrived in a timely manner but boxes were destroyed even though plastic bubble bag was intact. Makes me think they sold them like this. The masks were hanging out of the box - not very sanitary. Not happy with the order I received. I contacted CovCare and they never responded. Will never order from CovCare again due to poor customer service and sending damaged product.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Do NOT buy from this company. They repackage their products. Disgusting!!! I ordered 3 types of masks and they all came in unsealed bags. Plus, I had to contact them over a month later and ask them where my order was after they already charged my credit card.

I am responded to what you wrote below. Before I posted this review, I called your company to give you the opportunity to respond about the "repackaged" items. You denied that items are repackaged. It is very clear that this is a shady business and you are taking advantage of consumers during covid. I just look at the 90 complaints you have at the Better Business Bureau.

My friend suggested me Covcare last year, so I ordered 3ply N95 masks for my community in New Jersey, one of the best experiences.
1. Great Product, comfortable and breathable
2. Great customer support David Roxanne assisted me in resolution of my queries and my order status.
3. Delivery was smooth, and decent packaging

So, The masks come in an envelope. They are not individually wrapped and they’re very small. I
Emailed and asked if I could return them even though the package was not open they would not let me return them they also say when you get them that they’re not made for somebody with facial hair, which my husband has I do not recommend this company

Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars because that's why they deserve. I placed an order on Dec 29th 2023 and still have not received it. No update, no tracking but took my money. I've tried calling multiple times, no answer. Can't leave a voice mail. I messaged them on Facebook and nothing. I messaged them several times on their website and nothing. I also tried chatting with them and again, no answer. These people are ignorant and very unprofessional. The company should be ashamed of them selves.

Buyer beware! Communication and customer service is poor. I placed an order for 100 KN95s. After 6 weeks, I received disposable paper masks. I got emails saying my concern has been elevated but went days without response. I was finally offered black KN95s instead of the white that I ordered. I replied accepting the black. After another week of no communication, I just got an email saying they would give me black KN95s but wouldn't give me the quantity that I ordered because the black cost more. At this point I just want my money back. Wish I would have checked the Better Business Bureau before placing an order with this company.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Would like to have negative stars as an option!! Placed an order and after 6 months it was still not fulfilled. Requested a refund and after 3 months they finally said they would process one. I still don't have it 2 months later. Working with Paypal and the bank for reimbursement. Save yourself the trouble and work with someone else. They are a division of Wooter - you may want to avoid them also!
