OLD REVIEW: Everyone is very nice and welcoming, regardless of race or ethnicity. Covenant preaches the biblical truth wrapped in love. It's great to find a church like this that teaches the whole gospel, fearlessly, and prayerfully.
UPDATED REVIEW:
Everyone is very nice and welcoming, regardless of race or ethnicity.
HOWEVER, Covenant does well-thought-out preaching, but some of their preaching and teaching is incorrect. They baptize babies and believe in Covenant theology. Nowhere in scripture does Jesus command us to baptize babies. That incorrect teaching came out of Rome. The only biblical way of baptism is by immersion for the believer. I think it is also important to note that Calvin got it wrong on limited atonement. Another thing is that they use modern Bible Versions such as the 1984 NIV which is an incorrect translation. The NIV calls both Satan and Jesus the "morning star" and it says basically that Jesus fell from heaven in Isaiah 14:12. That is incorrect. I do hope and pray that they will use God's preserved and infallible word in the English language, the King James Bible. Besides that, this is an honest and heartfelt review, and I did enjoy my time there despite several of the incorrect teachings they have.
