I've lived here for a good number of years and I'm still very happy. Excellent Staff: Particularly, the current facilities maintenance crew are the best that I have seen. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, the jobs are written, and the crew does not waste any time. When Lazaro shows up, he's prompt, courteous & respectful, and always has a handle on it. He anticipates the problem, troubleshoots, diagnoses, retrieves the repair parts (if he does not already have them), and is usually done in minutes. His expertise, knowledge, positive energy, technical ability, attention to detail in the big and little things, sense of urgency, and lasting results reflect great credit upon himself and were in keeping with the high quality of work that makes it a pleasure to live in the luxury apartments of Coventry Park. Thanks team!

I debated on whether to write a review because my energy is valuable but I thought I’d want to know some things before I moved in if I was on the hunt for an apartment.
I lived here 3 years. The first year went great. Management does have a high turnover so it was always something new with the office.
Eventually not the best people starting moving in, and all of the good neighbors (firemen upstairs, veteran downstairs, etc) started moving out.
My car was broken into 2x. My belongings scattered on the floor as I got to my car to go to work. A lot of cars were , as police were constantly being called.
My apartment was then flooded due to the upstairs neighbor. Photos attached. Yes that is water pouring from my ceiling and flooding my floor. I called the police and apparently she was not watching her five children whom proceeded to flood their kitchen that migrated down into my apartment , and then to my neighbor below.
Which btw , she never acknowledged nor apologized even after I heard the officer telling her it’s extremely bad.
Having two little ones in the apartment, I feared it would create mold so I asked how I can break the lease for fear of breathing that in. But they came and checked my air vent and said I’m good . How can you possibly see if mold is growing in my ceiling and flooring by looking at the air vent impossible. Not a humidity test? Nothing. It was brushed off by the manager whom didn’t want to get on the phone with me but I did hear her in the background ‍♀️
I honestly fear for the family moving in after because of this.
Trash every day on stair ways (another picture attached) on the DAILY. It was disgusting. Trash compact at the front constantly overflowing so it’s the first time thing you see coming into the complex. Dumped furniture etc.
Cars parked out front turned on with ppl fighting in them at 1 am ; sir go to bed.
I purchased a home and left to stay at the new home my last month on the lease.I get a random call from the office asking why I’m making so much noise … “So what’s going on” I wasn’t even living there that week ! He said he’d call me back. I ended up calling back and asked him for an update to which he said never mind. So confusing.
Pretty sure though the first floor was hearing the third floor so called to complain, as I had to call police for noise complaints 3x since the office did nothing. Yes they were THAT loud.
Bottom line, you get what you pay for. Lock up your cars and be prepared to clean up your path down the stairs .
Please conventry do NOT reply to call your office because you’re concerned. You have my info. Should have reached out when I lived there ?

Initially stumbling upon these apartments me and my significant other were excited to become residents here…until we actually got inside the apartment. It’s very much a big roach problem here. First day in we notice dead roaches dried on the doors, patio door blinds. Roach feces and empty egg sacks around the power sockets, fridge doors, and dishwasher because they pass through there. The smell the appliances have because of the infestation is enough to choke on. I have video footage of roaches passing through the fridge and dishwasher which we had asked the leasing office to kindly replace on the check list. Still no replacements and no one has reached out about the additional things that we asked to be fixed inside our apartment. I can’t fully unpack because of the roach problem. We moved in early September it’s now November. I’m also very much feeling robbed because we pay for the exterminator to come once a month to spray for roaches which the leasing office heavily encouraged us to add on to our monthly expense here…the exterminator has come one time the first month here then nothing. The trash valet is not consistent. Another amenity we pay for that just seems a waste. So far I don’t know what to think..everyday I’m here I’m suffering health wise due to my allergies to these pest and nothing is being taken seriously at the leasing office. I don’t need a response I need actions put forth to the request we made. We wanted to have family visit for the holidays and that’s looking very bleak now…I feel nothing but embarrassment with the state my new apartment is in.

I was looking for an apartment as a first time mover and found this spot as a great pick! The staff was very inviting and made moving such an easy process to learn. Daniel at the office had the answer to all of my questions and made sure I was set with a good unit. No boxes unchecked and the maintenance team shows that they work fast and efficient.

Nigale is the assistant manager. The day I came in it seemed to be a short staffed day but he took time to tour with me. He was very thorough and informative. Aside from that he was very professional and seemed as if he actually the in and outs the apartment complex. He was very helpful.
