I absolutely adore this place and am so glad I get to call it home. If it's working with everyone up at the front office, building manager, maintenance and even the gardening crew they are all fantastic and so caring. The first apartment I've had and surely the best expirence. Lately my garage started being weird, when i talked to the front they were super understanding and put a request in. I think the older gentleman on the maintenance team was over in less than 20 minutes to talk to me and see what was going on. He was extremely kind even though my terms of "this thingy and that" he was able to quickly identify the problems and call the correct people who came out and fixed it next day. It works like a charm now!

I've been renting at this complex since 2020 and think it's been a long enough time that I can write a thoughtful review. The maintenance staff and the manager/lead are wonderful. Always professional and address service requests quickly. However, every time I have requested a call prior to coming, they don't call and show right up. Which is good in some ways, but if you're not home, may be a waste of a trip for them. The apartment is good overall. The appliances all work well, except the electric stove doesn't ever get hot enough for water to boil. That drives me a little crazy. When my refrigerator died a few years ago, they replaced it the same day. However, the rugs need to be changed really badly; they're old, tired-looking, and not laid down properly, so they have a ripple in them that has caused me to trip many times. The bathroom desperately needs some love. The white coating they spray on the tubs to make them appear whiter and nicer is wearing off and flaking all over my bathroom floor. The toilet has a good, strong flush. However, the shower and sink plumbing often has trouble draining. I am careful not to let hair go down the drain because of this. This, though, has been an issue in every apartment I've lived at in Vegas, so it's not their fault. I agree with the other reviews about the windows and sliding doors that mention how badly the windows need to be replaced. On a windy day you can really feel and hear how much air gets through. Luckily, or unluckily, the window in my bedroom broke so badly they had to get it replaced. It was a custom order, so it did take about a month, BUT the manager of maintenance stayed in communication with me throughout the time I was waiting for the window to be fixed and I appreciate that. Now let's talk about the front office. When I moved in initially to now, only two of the initial staff is here, that I can tell. Leslie, I believe her name is, has always been kind, patient, and detailed. There are two other women I have spoken with, and I cannot recall their names; one sits to the left when you enter; she is very helpful and polite. The other sits in front of the entry door, more to the right. She can come off a little impatient and is quick to respond before I can finish my sentence, which is frustrating, but she's never been disrespectful to me directly. The neighborhood is great; the sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping, at least on my side, are well maintained. I have only had a few instances where something was stolen from my patio. However, there needs to be more effort put towards monitoring and addressing vehicles parking in restricted areas that prevent emergency vehicles from reaching the building, or in the garage alleys restricting access to the residents' garages.

Move in was so easy because Tannia was so helpful and patient with the many questions I had. She even assisted us with the Flex Bus booking. Tannia was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. It is very quite and clean. We love our patio.

We are renewing after 1 year. Rent is still the same, 2 bed/2 bath, nearby garage for 1, nice and well maintained, 1560 rent plus 60 outside utilities. I met the manager briefly and all business, young guy. This is reflected in his staff and shows in the results, a well maintained place from a very cordial staff. Leslie, leasing, knows her business and represents the owners well. They have the most detailed oriented clean up guy ever. Fast, efficient and thoughtful is his way. Worked one day until heat stroke and shows up smiling!!! Excellent operation, strong leadership at all levels, results oriented, I am very comfortable and happy about renewal. Climb on board and I will see you at the outdoor pavilion, gas grill, granite tops, covered seating for 8 plus, gas fireplace, and not that used? Pictures to follow. New phone. TY crystal cove.

I moved here in March 2023 and so far I really like it. Jennyfer was my leasing agent and made it very clear what the process was to fill out my application and paperwork. She always says "hi" to me and my dog when I see her onsite and helps me out with any questions that may arise. The maintenance staff is very timely and does a great job. I especially like Edgar, he is very friendly, professional, and he knows his stuff. The pools are open 24 hours and year round, which is a major perk for me. I really hope they are able to maintain the nice grassy areas they have on the property as my dog and I love them!

I've lived here for 5 years, and the apartments are okay enough to have stayed for that long. It's great to have your own garage, but the windows are in desperate need of weatherization. My energy bill is at least 30% higher in the summer due to closed windows that allow the wind to blow my blinds around. The pools are always open, which is nice, but the people supposedly working in the office could use some improvement. I was going to have a relative move in from out of town, but the girl who answered the phone was rude and dense. It worked out for us though, because we found a different complex that ended up having better rates and amenities.

Great move in experience, high level of communication with everyone who works here, Tannia, Leslie, Jennifer and Bob all were hands on in helping to expedite and navigate the move in process.
Well landscaped and decorated, community feel, friendly and helpful.
Apartment unit is clean and up to date, older but functional appliances, high ceilings/ roomy.

They stole a lot of money from me!! When I called for help they tried to make it seem like it was my fault i got double charged for everything! The front office lady’s try and make small if you don’t get approved by suggesting to move to east side! Going to make a Reddit post about my full experience do your self a favor and stay away!
