I Absolutely love this company and so does my Son !!! They used to contract with DDD so they were able to give transportation to my Special Needs son and other Special Needs people.

They are so reliable. They text you when they are on their way and when they picked up my son.

The Drivers are so kind . My son misses them so much and I miss how reliable they were..

I hope they start to work with DDD again. I would sign up again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend Day and Night Transportation to others.

I contacted Day & Night Medical Transportation for my hospital visit and I am very pleased with their service and care. The dispatcher I spoke with was kind and courteous, even when I had to adjust my reservation.
On the day of my appointment, both the pick-up and return drivers arrived early and had a professional demeanor. Everyone was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable during the ride. This was the first time I have used this type of service and I am happy that I selected such an excellent company.

Company not very reliable, only one driver that transports my son is reliable. Try calling the number but no one answers. Found out office does not answer until 12:00 pm if at all. We had one driver who was scheduled to pick my son up from his program in the afternoon, call and ask how long it took to get him home. We told her that it was about 20-30 minute drive. Her response was that this was to long a drive for as she had other clients to pick up so we need to find some other way to get him home, I tried calling the company but as usual no one answered. This company is under a government contract to provide my son with transportation. I have filed multiple complaints with my sons case worker who also has problems contacting them. Hopefully this contract will not be renewed.

Driver showed up at 10 when we should have been at the appointment by that time. Then he gives the incorrect patient name so I didn't think he was there for my mom. Pick up time after the appointment was for 11. It is now 11:45 and we're still waiting for transportation. Number listed on business card for dispatch does not work. I called the main office number 5 times before someone picked up. Worst transportation company I've had to deal with. If I could I would give it zero stars.

My sister has autism with intellectual disability and requires transportation to her day program. This company came recommended by staff so I set up services. I have found them to be less than competent and would advise to find another company for your transportation needs. We have experienced wholly inadequate communication from drivers and office staff as well as between office and drivers. Drivers complained to me they didn't receive notice from the office for a correct address, change in their schedule, they are overbooked and expected to make it from the east side to the west side of Phoenix in less than 30 minutes, etc. My sister missed going to her program today because "she is not on our list." I did not cancel service and the office cannot answer why or what happened. My sister was stuck at her program because the driver was not told they needed to pick her up and she was 1 1/2 hours late for pick up. I have a child to also care for and transport so when Day and Night is late or falls short I am left in a very stressful situation. Drivers have told me others have been 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours late to pick up a client. After having a driver contact me letting me know they were here I expected that from all of them but that is not a standard to expect. I called a driver the text from the company told me to expect. The driver would not respond to my texts or calls. One can pull over and answer if they haven't a blutooth. Something definitely needs to change. Now my sister misses out on her program until we can find reliable transport. I wished VIP Taxi was accepted. They are fantastic.

We had a scheduled pick up to take a wheelchair bound person to the airport. They never showed up, and nobody answered when I called. We missed our flight, and all of our plans totally went down the drain, costing us thousands of dollars and major inconvenience. Nobody has reached out to us with an explanation or apology. Maybe change their name to "Neither day or night"

How could day and night improve? Well they could start by showing up on time and not leaving my wheelchair bound client sitting outside for 40 mins waiting for a van that never showed up- not to mention NO ONE would answer either of the phone numbers we were given to contact this useless “service.” This experience is unprofessional & infuriating. If I could give negative stars I would, judging from the past reviews I see now- this place should be shut down. Completely ridiculous. If this appointment is missed we have to reschedule a major surgery so thanks for nothing day & night.

Driver showed up 1/2 hour late for our pick-up, because he got lost trying to find us. My husband was on a 4 wheel electric scooter and was loaded into the vehicle. But the driver couldn't figure out how to secure the seatbelt around the scooter, so he road unsecured. Then, we had to direct him to the doctor's office.....had a quote for $40.00 round trip(which we paid for when we arrived at our destination) and because he had to wait for us at the doctor's office, the company wanted to charge us $150.00 more to take us home and said that if we didn't have the cash or a check to give them the rest, they would not transport us. Canceled the return trip and made other arrangements. Driver needs some lessons!!
