Booked this wonderful and professional service for a conference.
The process of booking was fast and efficient, with the driver being wonderful, supplying refreshments and being very prompt on pickups.

We have used the service on several occasions. The service was prompt and trouble free. I feel confident with the drivers ability to keep us safe regardless of the weather. We used to rent a car and drive but when we were in Eagle the car was not required so we were paying for transportation we didn't use. Eagle Vail Express eliminated this charge.

Bob and Eagle Vail Express made our shuttle experience so wonderful for our wedding this weekend!!! Bob took us on a scenic route so my husband and I had a few minutes to soak in the day. It was so needed.

Outstanding service at a very fair price. Our driver, Chris, was courteous, professional and safe. My wife left her sunglasses in the vehicle. I called Summit and they delivered the sunglasses to our hotel the next morning. With any other company, those sunglasses are long gone.

Our driver was very nice but was a little late for our pick up at the airport. The reason I'm giving two stars is because I paid for a Cadillac Escalade ESV and an extra $100 to be greeted at the baggage claim. The driver did not come inside to meet and greet us - we had to meet him in the ride pick up line. Additionally, there were three of us traveling together and we were picked up in a small Mercedes GLC type vehicle. One of us had to sit in the front seat with our driver as there was no 3rd row seating available. The ride wasn't bad but it wasn't what I had ordered or what I was charged for. I called to speak to someone about it because I'd like a refund for the difference of what we had ordered versus what we received. I have not received a call back. Overall the service was a very disappointing experience. I won't use Eagle Vail Express again. Our return shuttle on Peak 1 was a much better experience.

Excellent service!! Our driver/host was phenomenal. Provided a lot of background about the area and great meeting him. Also, the ride was very comfortable. I highly recommend this service. I only wish I had them back home.
