Chad provided exceptional service, bringing our precious Great Dane, Athena from California to Oregon. We were updated the entire drive with pictures and videos so we always knew where they were and how Athena was doing. When she made it home she was happy as could be and settled right in. We are so grateful, as it is really hard to find such quality service. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for secure and reliable pet transportation.

We recently got a new pup from Utah and needed a way to get her to us in California as she was too big to fly. Our experience with Chad was great. He picked her up early in the morning and we got several updates with pictures and videos throughout the day as they drove to us. We're so grateful that Chad was able to deliver our new family member to us safely, happily and efficiently!

Having my Bernedoodle transported to the east coast by En Route Transportation was by far the most worry-free experience of the move. Chad arrived exactly on time -- both for pick up and drop off. Even when I changed the drop off location last minute in a busy city Chad remained totally calm. His communication and preparation was superb. He took pictures, responded to questions and always updated on how much more driving he needed to do. I highly recommend.

Chad did an outstanding job transporting our two cats on a 14-hour trip. He planned out the whole thing well in advance and made sure we had everything we needed to prepare. He gave us updates along the way, and everyone arrived safe and sound, and in good spirits. A very fair price for a private transport, and worth every penny. HIGHLY recommend him.

I cannot adequately express how grateful and amazing Chad was with a recent transport for me of two dogs, including a 14 yo lady who is getting frail and is scared of people generally. He safely brought them from Santa Cruz to Boston, and I could tell from the updates and videos that they grew more comfortable with him each passing day. This is a great testament to the real bond that he has with dogs and I could not have been happier with how everything worked out from the moment I first contacted Chad until the time he brought the kids through my door. There is absolutely no one I would trust more to take care of your precious pets. Thank you Chad, I am forever grateful!
