They never picked up special needs, disabled and diabetic sister. She was suppose to be picked up at 11:45 sometimes 12 because there never there on time. And it’s been more than 3 hours and no sign of when they might even get to her. To deal with no ride home and right after dialysis is just cruel. If you actually care about your loved ones please never use Envida! The only guarantee that you’ll have with them is that you’ll be late to your appointments and probably abandon there. Please please don’t use them! Not to mention when you try to call to ask about what’s going on they NEVER ANSWER. Expect a machine. They should just say no we don’t want to pick her up and at least it’s a straight forward answer not these games they love to play.

I have never written a review but feel the need to now. I use Envida often and the drivers are always nice & helpful. The vans are clean and have plenty of room. My only complain is - Your phone service or lack of. I use your service at least 2/3 times a month. When I call your service I usually get the VM service. On your message it says leave only 1 message (which I do) and that would OK if you would return the call. I can call up to 4/5 times and finally someone will answer.

I have been with Envida for 4 years now. I can not express how happy I am with them. They always explain any changes and always put the client (my husband) first. It is an amazing company with amazing people.

I guess they don’t train their drivers not to speed in school zones. Had to have been doing 20 over at least. No regard for children in the area. I tried to call and let them know but was just met with voice mail.

Good afternoon yes my name is Melisiekay Williams and I used EnVita Transport for the first time yesterday May 1, 2024 and I had an EXCELLENT experience. Both of the drivers were not only professional but VERY friendly. They were both knowledgeable of the job, pleasant and they were able to build rapport with me, which is very important to me. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 25 years and these drivers NAILED IT ? as well as my driver today I only have his first name Phil. He did an exceptional job, & not only did he let me ride up front but we had great conversation. I love that I was able to build rapport with both drivers and both displayed exceptional customer service skills. The ride was earlier than the scheduled time which is great and I was brought back home on time and the experience was INCREDIBLE, &. I highly recommend that more people use EnVita. I didn’t even know about them and thanks to my Medicaid caseworker, I was referred to them and like I said it’s an exceptional service and I am so grateful that they provide this transportation for people like me that need to get around just to do normal every day things, so thank you again for not only showing great professionalism, but doing so while maintaining a great Friendly, & upbeat, & down-to-earth attitude !! I have worked in customer service for the past 25 years as I mentioned previously, and it is very important that people providing services such as this one know how to communicate well with others know how to build rapport and both all three drivers not only did that but they made my experience , an EXCEPTIONAL!!!! because of that, I will continue to use this service !!!I had an exceptional time and I will refer friends and family to this company so they too can experience exactly what I experienced !!! Thank you again for doing an exceptional job and displaying exceptional. Customer service skills and communication skills. Thank you. Keep up the good work bye for now….?!!!

I usually don’t ever leave reviews and this will be my first one. I just thought I’d give this company props for their amazing service and efforts to make sure every client is taken care of! This morning I had a ride set at 9:30am with another business and the cancelled on me at 7:41am. I have Envida a call just to see if they possibly had an opening and she made sure I got a ride even though they don’t do same day rides! I am so very grateful for this business and their staff!

Everyone that I have spoken with at Envida has been very helpful and friendly. Our intake coordinator, Jasmine, was exceptional! She was very patient, professional, and cordial. My family and I highly recommend this company for your family’s needs! Thank you, Envida!
