The receptionist was shamelessly clueless. He did not know the company's website nor the company's address. Unprofessional. (I called the APPLY NOW number I saw on a bus and I thought calling would be a good place to start?)

I take one of their buses home from my day program and the bus driver lost his temper with me. He went right passed my house and yelled at me for not saying anything in time. I didn’t say anything, because I thought it might be a safety issue, as I live on a very busy street. I didn’t appreciate being attacked by this hot tempered bus driver. This was incredibly rude, unprofessional and unnecessary. In addition to short tempered driver, on another occasion I called in to say I would be absent from my day program and the bus showed up at my house anyway. Not having good experiences with this service and I have only been using it for a about 3 weeks.

This company is absolutely terrible. They advertise that they provide services for people with disabilities, but none of their revolving door staff seems to know anything about people with disabilities. They are never consistent with pick up or drop off times, or sometimes don't show up at all then report that their client is a no-show. Or there was a time their whole company shut down for a week, no warning or notice even because of some sort of licencing issue (seriously, just didn't show up in the morning). I have never dealt with a more incompetent & unprofessional company in my life. If this is who gets contracted to transport your loved one, be prepared to be inconvenienced, frustrated, angry & rearrange your schedule & theirs at the drop of a hat. If I could give zero stars I would.
