The food was on point well done crispy delicious excellent. I had to go off on the chef and curse amount in a good way for making such a great meal Also, the service was excellent. The only advice would say is if your skinny try not to get a medium, it’ll fill you up with an only a few bites. lol

First time here but I prepared myself of what to expect when you go into a Jamaican establishment.
A screw face woman at the counter or register who cannot greet you or smile ? so I was NOT surprised. I think I would have been SURPRISED if somebody actually greeted me as I greeted them with a"Hello!" And a smile. I opted out of the ubiquitous cabbage from my medium oxtail meal which was approximately eight pieces of oxtail and gravy... Grateful to eat today so I blessed it and I enjoy it.

Dining in or takeout are booth great options for this restaurant. However, this issue is the same with any Jamaican restaurant. The side talking while customers are waiting on their food to move down the prep line. The place is clean, bright and the offers both cash and cashless system. Everyone had a hair net on. There is some seating but delivery is available to those who love door to door service.

This location is the worst. The food does not taste the same as some of the other locations. They are so rude but have the nerve to have a tip jar. Why do they run out of specials if they know it's a popular item? Horrible business decisions. Burnt chicken really how is that ok to sell to ppl I'm done with them!

I have frequented this spot a few times, and the food choices have always been good. My go-to meals are the brown stew chicken or curry chicken. The restaurant is a take out spot. Prices are fair and reasonable to other local spots. Unfortunately the customer service could use some improvement. No one greeted me when I walked in. I was ignored by the young lady cleaning near the food while the cashier just looked at me with a smug look on hey gave, unreal. Honey. with this type of service, I just knew my meal was going to be delicious, and it was, lol.

My food was hot. fresh and nicely seasoned. I ate everything on my plate. I was shocked by all of the past negative reviews. The poor customer service won't stop me from ordering food again since it's take out. However, staff have to do better when dealing with the public.

When I lived in BK I would patronize Fisherman. However on my recent visit the jerk chicken was tasteless and extremely dry. It’s like it was overcooked or left overs. Such a disappointment for $14.00. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

This fisherman cove location simply has the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
I normally go to the Fisherman Cove on Flatbush and Nostrand.
But needed the L train, I figured I could get my lunch from this location.
I will simply stick to the location on Flatbush Ave.
The customer service is simply not good.
The staff at this location is very unpleasant and are Abrasive like a rusty brillo pad.
The gentleman that package my food was nasty and Abrasive.
I use to eat at Fisherman Cove 3 times a week...
I've simply stop going. I have now go like once every 6 months and that's if I'm not close to anyone Jamaican restaurant.

This is the second time that I have ordered stew chicken and got just bones. The first time I excused them because everyone makes mistakes and I thought the server just picked badly that day, but when it happened a second time I was furious. No one wants to pay $16.00 for just bones. I bought it for my kids but there was actually only one piece of chicken with meat on there. I won’t be purchasing from them anymore. This is robbery!
