After being hospitalized for a total of 55 days since August 18, I was transported today by Florida Medical Transport to the rehab facility where I will be for the next few weeks while I rebuild my strength. I believe when there is exceptional service provided that it should be recognized so I would like to recognize Johan and Jack for their courtesy, kindness and professionalism. They made me feel safe and protected, especially Johan, as he carefully helped me up from my hospital bed and then “hugged” me making sure that I was secure as he guided me to the stretcher like a Texas 2 step or waltz & then carefully placed me on the stretcher. He and Jack made sure that I was secure in the stretcher, in the ambulance and even after arriving at the rehab center as they took me to my room and Johan again waltzed me to the bed making sure that I was safe and secure. I hope I didn’t crush his toes but as my Dad always used to say when dancing with me,”You walk on top and I’ll walk on bottom” lol My apologies to Johan if I did. Jack also made sure that all of my belongings were stored, secure and within arms length of I needed anything. I couldn’t have asked for better service and experience. Thank you Johan and Jack for all of your help, kindness and humor. You were the highlight of my day and an absolute blessing.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the Florida Medical Transport team that cared for my husband and I during the time they transported us. I am grateful for the drivers, EMTs, and the administrator who worked diligently to ensure my husband was transported with care, dignity, and respect. The rapport built turned strangers into friends that we know we can count on when needed. It is our goal to resume transportation with FMT in the near future because our experience was top tier with respect to their professionalism and their compassion shown towards us. I can't say enough about Florida Medical Transport. From my first conversation regarding transporting my son from one facility to another 4.5 hours away, they were efficient, compassionate and professional. Everyone at the office was amazing in getting questions answered, offering a reasonable rate (considering it was not covered under insurance) and providing followup, before departure, during the trip and after arrival at the new facility. The two gentlemen assigned for pick up and transfer were friendly, professional and made the experience comfortable and safe for my son. Florida Medical Transport really thinks about the little things even asking my son what type of music he'd prefer to listen to during the trip, and providing status updates along the way. My sincere thanks to everyone at Florida Medial Transport, I would never hesitate to use your services or recommend to anyone needing assistance.

This company is really really really wonderful. This morning Cy picked me up and took me to Winnie Palmer for an exploratory. He was so friendly, so helpful so kind we talked all the way there about anything and everything his customer service and his attitude is outstanding. The gentleman in the afternoon, picked me up and brought me home. He was very good he Talked to me and his customer service was really good. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs the medical transportation. I don’t have anyone that lives in this area that could take me in and they would not release me to an Uber or a taxi. This company was recommended to me by my aunt who ha used them multiple times and if need be, I will definitely use them again. If you need medical transport anywhere everywhere they are wonderful. I had a phonomenal experience with this company and their drivers, they treated me with dignity and respect which I have not experienced with some of the other services I even had one of the drivers ask me if I was thirsty and offered me a bottle of water that was unbelievable! They are punctual with the time they quote which is important when you have an appointment. I will be using this company whenever I need transportation,thank you and keep up the good work !

I cannot thank Florida Medical Transport enough for the compassion and kindness with my father. My father was placed on hospice care and brought home with Florida Medical Transport, we knew that he did not have much longer left and as a last wish we wanted to take my father to the ocean one last time. I called the manager of the company and they were so helpful, understanding and compassionate, they allowed us to take my dad to see the ocean one final time and they did not charge me anything extra do so. My father came too long enough to know where he was and told us it was "Beautiful" and he loved us for the last time. He passed the very next morning. I cannot thank you enough for the peace you were able to give my family at this very difficult time for us. We highly recommend Florida Medical Transport for all of your needs-they care about the people.
