I used Freedom Auto Transport to haul a 1971 Plymouth Roadrunner from Albuquerque to Phoenix. I spoke with Pat Gado, Freedom Auto Rep., for pricing and scheduling the pickup. Pat was very helpful in communication between the seller, me and Freedom. The pick up and transport was flawless and on time. I could not be happier with their service, pricing and communication. I highly recommend using Freedom Auto Transport for all vehicle transportation. I gave them a 5 Star rating based on my experience. I was completely satisfied with the service and thought my experience with Freedom was done. Today, a couple of weeks later, I received a phone call from Chris at Freedom following up with me asking if everything was done as expected. The follow up phone call says a lot to me and shows that Freedom is interested to know if I was satisfied and if there is anything they could do to make their service better. I couldn't think of one thing they could do better and would use them again. I am very impressed with Pat, Chris and Freedom Auto Transport. Extremely good company from a very happy customer!!!

Nothing but a positive experience with this company. After trying to get my new car shipped to me from out of state, I was hit up with quotes from multiple transport companies. Let me tell you one thing, when these companies give you quotes, definitely stay away from the ones that come back with quotes that are half the price of the rest of them. Those companies are gonna do nothing but bait n switch you on the price. After being promised from one of those cheaper companies that they had a driver for me and he would be picking up my vehicle, the so-called driver they had never showed. Come to find out they never had a driver they were just leading me on because the price they put out there was so cheap no driver wanted it. I finally called Freedom and had my inquiry answered by Gabe. He was honest and open right away. He let me know what the other companies were trying to do and told me he would have no problem getting me a driver the next day. Gabe was extremely patient, professional and absolutely fantastic in getting my needs met in a very timely manner. In less than 24 hours of talking with him, I had my car to my house. He answered every call and every text I had and made sure that I was happy and satisfied. I would not hesitate one bit to use this company if You’re looking for auto transport. And I personally will definitely use this company for any future Transportation needs I have. And will definitely Be using Gabe for those. Do yourself a favor and use this company. My experience was very positive! The communication from my rep Martyn Rothberg Was excellent. I had none of the price changes in the ambiguity that people report using services like this. My word of advice is to make sure you’re able to pay with the money order or make arrangements with the driver ahead of time.

I called Freedom transport to move my VW Eurovan I just purchased. Marty quoted me a fair price and found me a truck in less than 24 hrs. The route was Santa Fe NM to North Dakota. I really expected it to take longer, due to the fact the route in not a normal lane for most carriers. The transporter had my van to me in 26 hrs after picking it up. I am extremely happy with this transaction and will use freedom transport in the future. If you are looking for a honest reliable company to work with, give them a call!! I highly recommend them.

Great overall experience from start to finish.Martyn took my order to ship my vehicle and the driver Kasan came and was very punctual and very kind to explain his roll.
