I have to say that it's ashame that I have to put one star, I have to put one star because there is no option for no star, this transportation service is horrible, if reading this do not use them, my morning trip was delayed 40 minutes due to the fact that the first driver was 5 minutes away from picking me up and for some reason they redirected him somewhere else and sent some other driver that was 40 minutes away, then I called at 11:55AM for my return, I was told the driver will be there in a few minutes which was false, about 2 hours later I had it with waiting for this ride, at 1:45PM I had it and took the bus back home, then at 2:20 they decide to call me, to see if I still want the return, I told them what nerve they, they can shove up where the sun don't shine, very horrible service, will never use them again and take my advice and experience don't use them either, like I said I had to put one star because it doesn't have option for no star, horrible horrible horrible

Terrible service. Everytime you call they just keep repeating that they'll call back in ten minutes, over and over. Ive been waiting for over an hour and they never call back

Not even one star the worst transportation for people who need to get their treatment or regular doctor appt. Don't waste your time using this company rude drivers and unprofessional.

The best hands down…julio is absolutely amazing definitely recommend get better transp. Dispatch is outstanding caring and very polite and make you feel important…and the driver julio always goes above and beyond both juilos actually love them both
