Traffic, rude drivers, the outcome of inflation and housing crisis and homeless people getting high infront of everywhere. If you gotta go down there. The one on Jackson and hunter. Go down there during the day time. Definitely a 180° unsafe place at night

I just experienced a wonderful customer service experience with someone by the name of Sarah A. She was helpful, thorough and patient. She assisted me in looking forward to a wonderful future trip with the train! Thanks Sarah for your exceptional customer service.

Visited Hamilton on Labour Day. Bathrooms were locked, was advised to instead go to the nearby Tim Horton’s. All the zones to wait for the buses are outdoors, dont know how that will work in bad weather. No information displays where the buses are parked.

Hamilton Go Train Station falls short of expectations. Buses are often late, the one-way roads around the station are a hassle, and the waiting area can be uncomfortable sometimes. Staff friendliness varies. Overall, it's a mediocre station.

Update, October 4/24: washrooms are open now during the daytime!

PSA: Yes, it looks like there are washrooms here, and the NoGo website says they exist, but you can't use them. Even if you're traveling with small children. I've seen parents forced to change diapers on the bus platform.

How does this station exist?
I had my 4 year old son with me for his first trip to Toronto to visit the aquarium. He was so excited to go to see the “big fish”
We stopped at this station and he had to use the washroom.
He’s disabled and we were told the washrooms were closed
He ended up peeing his pants in public and was completely devastated and embarrassed.
Needless to say he just wanted to go home and we didn’t make it to the aquarium.

I’m filing a complaint with GO over this disgusting situation.

If drug addicts are filling your washrooms, hire security.
We pay more than enough in fees to take transit to pay for a washroom with some security.

The side on hunter street east . The stairs smell so bad that i gag everytime i have to go through this enterance . There are a lot of people in bery bad conditions ( drugged or unconcious ) lying close to the enterances or so and no one does anything about it . The station needs a lot more maintainance
