Very good service and many choices!

I bought a c16 model as gift in Rhodes and realized the one I bought need equipment such as paint and glue and I wanted an exchange.

Came here today for refund and the staff was very helpful and nice! He was very knowledgeable and checked if the item was good even thought i removed the box plastic wrapper. He helped me find one which doesn’t need built and were cheaper. Entire experience was very comfortable and I won’t feel like return is very shameful or annoying!

The store also has a lot of tabletops games, model, figures, toys and Legos to buy. There were tons of antique airplane, warplane and cars models in display as well. The store had two level and many things to look at.

Overall I love this place and the service was good.

They really have some good stuff there, and the staffs are friendly as well. However, it is quite disappointed to see your parcel get packed without enough protection and care (need a more solid box). It is also quite slow for them to process your order when you order from their website. I am sorry but I can't rate it more than three stars after seeing my model kits got crashed and damaged this much.
