Délais entre les bus extrêmement long, la clim dans les bus est bien trop forte sa en deviens vite un frigo, de plus sa roule n’importe comment, comme il y’a peu de bus et qu’ils comporte peu de place ceux ci sont souvent plein sans place disponible, à fuir !!

Delayed most of the time due to drivers taking a break. We sat at a stop over 30 minutes just to watch 2 buses pass by that said "Out of service" which makes no sense. Some drivers are helpful and others are rude. I ended up walking the mile and a half with my autistic daughter to get to destination. We went to page to check times repeatedly. This was so inconvenient when you've paid for a service you're not receiving

Bought 2 x 14 day passes while in Florida as the price is brilliant. Its been one week so far and so far been pretty good. All drivers bar one have been pleasant and helpful. First driver seen our passes and printed out tickets so that was helpful. Buses can be a bit infrequent at times. Went to the North Premium Outlets which was fine however the return we were waiting with many others at No1 South stop. Seen 5 buses pass the North side while we waited an hour. Watched the buses on the interactive map and no idea where they were going. When we finally got a bus it all of a sudden caught up with another bus at bus stop 3 so its like the other buses just didnt come back to stop 1

Often delayed, waited for a trolley for over 30 minutes. When one finally showed up, it didn’t stop and drove past. Got an Uber instead. Get a day pass for the Lynx bus system, it is much more reliable. A day pass costs just over $4. At least the drivers were nice.

Edit: I added a star due to the customer support, they have made the situation right by compensating me. If visiting Icon Park again, I may use the trolley again, assuming that I am on a less strict schedule.

45 minutes and counting for a trolley that claims to run every 20. The tracker keeps pushing the times further back and no buses are coming by southbound. Got a day pass for free from the hotel and definitely would have rather paid for an Uber.

7 day pass. The driver’s were nice but the reliability of the route stops were nonexistent. You never knew if anyone was ever going to show up. Might be at the stop in 20min or might be over an hour. Sometimes we even saw the bus down the street but then turned away from our stop. From listening to the radio, it sounds like a route management problem rather than a driver one.

Been trying to use these as we bought passes before we came out. Not been very reliable and ALWAYS waiting more than 20 minutes but Last night waited over 45 minutes for a trolley. We had just missed one as we came out the hotel saw 3 going north bound while we waited. I would have ordered an Uber but my phone wouldn't work so we had to wait it out. Not great when you have a child.
