We used them for our cruise vacation in October. They were amazing! Quick to respond very personal. I would highly recommend them for all your transportation needs. They will also provide a booster seat free of charge.

My family and I just used this company for our Disney trip. Juan is the BEST! He communicated with me for months prior to our trip whenever I had a question or if our flight changed. Our flight got in 42 minutes earlier than expected and he was already at the airport ready for us once we collected our luggage to head to the hotel. He was right on time to pick us up to head back to the airport and he was so friendly and kind whenever we were in the car. Even my daughter said, “he’s so nice!”. Definitely recommend this company and from now on we will be using them whenever we are in Orlando. Thanks Juan for making our transportation experience so pleasant, easy, and quick!

My family used JA Transportation to and from Orlando Airport and Sapphire Falls and they were great. Reasonably priced(anbout the price of an Uber) and excellent communication, not to mention on time for both pickups. Our driver Juan was extremely friendly and personable. Highly recommend using this company for your transportation needs in Orlando

Juan and his fellow drivers were absolutely amazing during our vacation this past week. Their communication was unmatched and their pricing was fair. Car seats were provided for my kids and my kids really enjoyed Juan's welcoming personality. J &A was referred to us by our Pixie travel agent for our trip to Orlando for Walt Disney World. She personally had several positive experiences with Juan so I felt comfortable and confident he could be a trustworthy source for transportation for my family. I easily made arrangements and scheduled for pick up and drop off. He had a booster seat ready for our daughter on arrival and met us curbside at the airport . I knew exactly how much the trip would cost and there were no surprises. He got us there quickly, safely and helped us with our bags in and out of his vehicle ! His vehicle was clean, smelled fresh and the ride was smooth! Will definitely use this company again for travel in and around the Orlando area!

Absolutely the best! Juan was timely, respectful, accommodating, fair pricing and overall excellent!
Juan made the logistics of commuting through numerous legs of travel seamless, stress free and comfortable.
He picked us up from airport in Orlando, took us to the hotel. Few days later picked us up to take us to port for a cruise and a week later, picked us up from the port to take to the airport. All arrangements were stress free, he was communicating confirmations and time suggestions to assure we are not late and everywhere on time.
I cannot recommend Juan enough! Absolutely the best!
