DISCRIMINATION AGAINST DISABLED CHILDREN!! Who me? Just a parent whose child should be picked up at 7:27! Took him to achool by cab, walked 30 mins home to see the school bus JUST leaving my apartment! If the kids should be at school by 8:30 why are you arriving to my house at 9:15!!! How are you a hour and a half late! This bus company services disabled, developmentally delayed, non verbal etc kids! They’re aware of the issues they have with predictively, schedules and waiting. The company refuses to turn on the app, provide status updates or even pick up the phone. Guess what- if you simply turned on an app saying “the bus isn’t running” DOZENS of parents will find alternate arrangements to pick up and drop off their children! But that means they would have records of the kids being picked up late and NEVER arriving to school on time. Instead you lie and say the bus is 10 mins away- wait 25 mins to find THIS BUS IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE! It’s 4/16 and I’ve taken my child to and from school 5 days and the bus has been over 30 mins late 3 times! Add in holidays etc the bus has on time ONE time in 16 days! No one provides a metro card or explanation. I’m just told to complain- THEY COULD CARE LESS! The last draw was me having to GET on the bus and FIND my child because they didn’t know which one he was! MIND YOU HES NONVERBAL! Great job board of Ed- you do a great job or protecting your students, making sure they arrive to and from school safely, making sure they allowed to eat breakfast with other kids etc!

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the driver on the queens pm route 9897. She was disrespectful, distasteful and wrong! The bus was suppose arrive at 3:46pm and she arrives at 3:20, yelling at my husband saying someone should be here. How do you arrive 20 mins early for drop off and we are the problem? My son said she kept complaining daily that “she needs to get home, she needs to get home”. She’s rushing to get home and taking it out on parents. Not cool and definitely not safe for our kids. If you cannot follow the time schedule that your company provided, then maybe you need a new job. With that type of arrogant behavior she should not be driving anyone’s kid anywhere. I tried calling the bus company and of course the never answer and you cannot leave a voicemail. I wish the school would not use them. 3.2 stars. No one should deal with this company clearly.

This company is the worst bus company. They hit my father van the other day and I’m still waiting for somebody to give me a call. Also, the driver kept going and did not stop. SMH. Good thing somebody was outside and they gave me videos and pictures.

Driver 4 bus 1946 is always illegally parked on service road of Horace Harding expwy obstructing the flow of traffic ? he is rude, insultingly and parked illegally.

This is an awful bus company and it is meant to transport our children. This is just the start of the school year and they have canceled service on me 3 times, the bus driver ran out of gas on his way to drop off my child and didn't bother to notify me, my child arrived 2 hours late then had a flat tire the following week. This company is unsafe for our children and does not follow any safety measures at all. I'm afraid for our children when this kind of company has been chosen as a source of transportation for our children.

My son rides with jofaz and ever since school started its been nothing but kayous with this company. When school first started, 1st week they were a no show not even a call. After that there was times when my son wasn't picked up as well. When I have tried to communicate with the bus driver or matron they laugh like if I'm telling them a joke. I called the company twice as well since school started but who ever dispatches has no good communication at all as well.

I have a very nasty bus driver, my son has autism and this driver is so nasty he triggers my son anxiety with his bad actitudes,....luckily he hace his paraprofesional now and I felt some what relief but still this driver isn't happy with his job!! Also some dispatch are nasty and rude and leave you on hold for too long if you can choose other bus company do so!!!!!!

Today at approx. 3:00PM on Beverly Rd. near Coney Island Ave a school bus driver (Operator 1782, US DOT #526482, License Plate 48507BB) was driving erratically and almost ran me (a cyclist) off of the road several times. The driver was honking incessantly and aggressively and ran through at least one red light during this encounter. Looking at the most recent reviews on Yelp, it looks like there was a similar incident of road rage from a Jofaz Transportation driver in the same area reported only a couple weeks ago. If this is indeed the same driver, they are demonstrating repeated aggression towards cyclists in the road while operating a school bus for this company. The company needs to act swiftly to prevent a disaster at the hands of this operator. Otherwise, it appears the company upholds a pattern of receiving complaints about operators engaging in unsafe behavior and retaining them in their employment.
