I recommend K International Transport 100%! This was my first time sending a car abroad, and I’m so glad that I chose this company. I transported a car from the United States to my home country of Chile, and Brenda Ortiz from K International helped me every step of the way! I had some issues with the agent I had chose on my own in Chile, however, Brenda went above and beyond to not only help me find new agent in Chile, but make sure that I was able to get all the right paperwork in order to receive the car upon arrival. She displayed the upmost professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness in assisting me with all the questions and concerns I had throughout the process. She was also very transparent from the beginning to end about all of the prices, costs, services and options available to me, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have any surprise charges or costs, unlike other companies. As a predominantly Spanish speaker, it was truly a pleasure working with her because she is bilingual in both English & Spanish, and she always made the extra effort to explain everything to me in my native language. I have used K International Transport Co to ship my car and some goods to Bar, Montenegro from Houston. Not many other companies could help me with reasonable plan of possible shipping. It was a relatively easy to follow their directions. The cost of the shipment was fair. Everything went very well. The agent Chiara was in contact with me through the entire process of the shipment of the container including the day it got to the port of the final destination. Exporting a car from the US to my home country was a bit of a leap in the dark for me.
K International provided the best quote and after a local agent confirmed their reliability, I went ahead with them.
Communication with Brenda was always very prompt and friendly and she provided me with all the information and confidence along the way.
Because of transshipping in Jamaica, the entire journey took a while.
But the car arrived in good state and I am very pleased with the service and the end result!
