I've been waiting for the dash bush ..2 scheduled buses havent showed up...so now I have time to write this review...theres people waiting as if we aren't headed to.work.or home...where are the busses..?

Horrible "service" posted phone number "not a working number" You don't care.85 year old husband lost his senior pass.Mailed in an application complete with explanation request cancellation of old one giving cc number if any charges. attached photo.2 elaboratle letters refusing,"old one stillexists" they said.Got so mad I am 80 can hardly walk Lost,people lost please replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lying Taxi companies carry city logo in vain. Three companies stood me up yesterday. None of them want Cityride cards. I have over two hundred balance and they treated me like feces. Do t use them

Otra vez la misma chófer no paró ésta mañana en la parada de Hamlin y Sylmar.
Habíamos 4 personas en la parada.
Bajó a una persona del otro lado de la calle con la intención de no parar dónde yo estaba
Es la segunda vez en 3dias
Hace la señal con el pulgar de que atrás viene otro autobús

When ever you come there they take long breaks even don’t come out for hours, being rude to drivers and hell lot more

Extremely tardy and not punctual. Poor drivers who manipulate riders by utilizingaaggressive acceleration and breaking.

We rode commuter express 409 from Foothill Blvd and Fwy 210. On our way back, the schedule was suppose to have several buses but there were NONE. THE SCHEDULE WAS ONLY ON PAPER!
