Well, I bought tickets from my husband and son from NYC to Virginia Beach...there was a problem at check-in and my husband, who doesn't speak English well tried to get the lady to talk to me and explain. She refused and told him I need to call GoToBus. I LiveChat-ed them, because that's the only way to get through, and they really try, but couldn't get a hold of the office. So I called the office got through, and cleared the situation up. Then my husband starts sending me pics of the bus...now he is pickier than me, but him telling me there is no bathroom or AC really threw me off, more for my 4 year old son. The driver's mirror is even broken and it smells like moth balls.

Thankfully they left on time, and I just pray that everything goes well and the bus doesn't break down. I know I shouldn't expect much for the price but at least the basics should be decent.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR WORTHHHWorst experience ever!!!! The customer service of awful and the drivers are inexperienced. They might as well get their liscense provoked. NYC to OHIO bus ran out of fuel in middle of the road,?and when the customers called for help the driver refuse to give out bus information so the maintenance can come and fix it. ?Don’t waste your time because currently we are still waiting for someone to come and fix the bus since the drivers aren’t in their right mind to check up on it!!!!!!!

Bad commute drivers always stop on the road. And also the boss is greedy and selfish not giving any money to the workers. Plus one of their drivers died because of a heart attack that the boss Fanny didn’t care at all!

Worst experience ever!
Don't ever take this bus and save yourself. The woman who sells ticket yells at customers and they won't leave on time until the bus gets full. Bus is dirty dirty. Even one star is too much. Very old vehicle.

I suggest the Chinese owners consider that people are your customers and start improving the service and not just making money. But you hard workers can't say anything bad. hardworking people

It's very crowded, but It's okay for a bus traveling out of state. Buy tickets early, so you're not sitting in the back with the bathroom ?. Overall, it's convenient, and pricing is affordable.
