I was just seen at this facility. Claudia checked me in she was amazing. Michael worked me up and he was the nicest person and Dr. Jenny took care of me so well. She was the best and so informative. I have never been treated better at an urgent care. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Everybody was so wonderful to me. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I can’t say enough great things about the care my daughter received at Medcove. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately put both of us at ease. Have a sick child can be extremely stressful and they took the time to thoroughly assess her needs, ensuring every concern was addressed with patience and compassion. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional, and we left feeling reassured and well taken care of. First time using this Urgent Care. It was early afternoon and the wait was very short. The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered my questions easily. The nurse practitioner explained to me the rationale for my medical issue and what care I was to receive. She took the time to respond to my numerous questions without an issue. Glad with my insurance I can go here.

My mom went in there after a fall when pain wouldn't subside. Imaging wasn't busy but still took an hour to get her back there for an x ray. They confirmed she had a fracture. And that's it. They said it might need surgery and sent her on her way. No pain meds, no splint, nothing.
We don't live in Cali and had to drive back home the next day. It was an excruciating drive and got her to an ER in our home state.
Do not recommend this place. Can't even make a suggestion to go to the ER, they're so incompetent.

Had the unfortunate experience of visiting this place. Took me three hours, and then Grace Bartlett the nurse practitioner spent 3 minutes if that dealing with my issue and was incredibly condescending. She then started shouting at me when I expressed frustration with my experience.

I believe that Grace Bartlett was racist towards me based off the color of my skin, and I will be filing a complaint with the state of California. Based off their investigation, I will figure out how to proceed.

I will also be contacting my insurance to make sure that this urgent care does not overbill, because then I will report them for billing fraud.

At the end of the day, it is my opinion that Grace Bartlett the nurse practitioner is a racist.

I was pretty impressed with this location, scheduling was super easy. The staff are very professional and polite and not to add knowledgeable. This is my second time at this location, and the care received was exceptional in my opinion.
