I am a physician and I have been trying to deal with this company in order to get help for 1 of my patients who desperately needs ambulatory services. They are the worst! I went into the website and they asked me to fill out information regarding my identity as well as who I work for. I did it. They told me it would take 10 days to process and they would respond. They never did. I went back on the website and I was able to obtain my user name by clicking the forgot user name button but when I went to get my password by clicking the forgot password button I got a message that my account was deactivated.
I tried calling and after approximately 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour I got in touch with somebody who told me that I had to contact the Nassau county representative. I called that person and I also wrote her an e-mail. I told her what was going on. I received a phone call and a message indicating that my email had a different hospital then my tax ID number stated. I told her that the hospital on the email is a subsidiary of the hospital with a tax ID number. She said that she would send the information to credentialing and they will get back to me.
They did get back to me and they asked me for my information regarding name, title, the organization that I work for as well as the phone number and address. I gave that to them via e-mail and they wrote back indicating that I had to go back and fill out the exact same form I filled out from the beginning. All of this wasted approximately 2 hours of my time and I am know where from being able to get in just to fill out a form to help out 1 of my patients. Please avoid this company!!

I have recently called to schedule my trips as I usually do. I usually am treated with respect, but this one representative was very rude and rushing to get me off the phone as if she didn't want to do my scheduling. She needs phone etiquette classes and some type of patience or find another job because this profession isn't for her.

My mother has cancer and needed an overdue PT scan. Due to my mother's requirements for a 2 man carry. I called to scheduled transportation on Tuesday for a Saturday pickup. Saturday morning, I called the ambulate company, who was assigned to the job only to be told that they can't handle the job, and that they kicked the job back to MAS. Last minute MAS reassigned the job to another ambulate company who couldn't handle the job. Well, long story short, my mother missed her appointment. I don't know if my review matters, but the need to better their services.

We missed our appointment waiting to be picked up. What's the point of this service if there's hours wait? I had to reschedule my mother's surgery. You can't even get these people on the phone by the way. Never again.
And for the people saying the website functionality is great: It doesn't matter if the service isn't being provided. The resource links at the top once you're in to manage your account/rides are broken, so they're useless. They switched the driver company overnight, which would cause a further issue if I were able to get a hold of them at all with the number provided.

I'm glad I'm not the only person having issues with this system.. I am a social worker and every single trip I've tried to arrange has been a disaster. What were they thinking? One company cannot care for so many people - especially when you are dealing with the elderly and disabled. Horrible service

This is the worst service. I have been trying to get to my appointments and all I get is a runaround. This has been going on for about 4 months and I am disable and I really need these services, it is like they just do not want to deal with us who are need, very disappointing.

clearly, they are being paid in advance for my services through my insurance… i have an appt every morning for radiation therapy, so its important that i be on time. first week they were arriving on time and bringing me home with no problems. but now their getting later and later..yesterday they were 15 min late. today, i missed my appt by an hour and they have the nerve to say they were here waiting for 15 minutes, when i was outside waiting.. smfh i hope this doesn’t become a habit.
