This is my first time using the services of Mountain Rescue and I am impressed. Hristina (the driver) came even a little earlier than the agreed time, although it was very early in the morning. The van was clean and comfortable and the ride smooth. The entire booking organization was of an extremely high standard. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliability, attitude and comfort.

We have used Mountain Rescue 8 times annually over the last 9 years. Each time the service has been exemplary. The cars are comfortable and spacious with room for all the family plus equipment. Drivers arrive on time and drive well. The whole service is smooth and reassuring. I see no reason to call anyone else, unless MRT has no availability for a given time/date.

Great service again from Mountain Rescue. We were 5 people all arriving from different locations into Geneva and given flight delays did not arrive according to schedule. The driver was incredibly accommodating and the journey to our resort was swift and comfortable. He even helped us find a lost wallet that had fallen out of a pocket in the journey. Pick-up on return was on time and equally efficient. Vehicles always clean and well-kept. Would highly recommend.

The professionalism of Mountain Rescue’s service was 100%.
We have used Mountain Rescue 3 or 4 times previously and as usual, Hristina, our driver, stopped at Albertville for a coffee/loo break. All their drivers over the years have been great and Hristina allowed us, her tired passengers, to relax when we wanted. She asked whether we wanted the a/c on or off and similar with music. She was very attentive to our needs.
We have used Mountain Rescue in Winter and Summers seasons and have always been aware that if needed, one of the office team will always be available by phone or email. They have also always allowed plenty of time for the transfers due to road blocks or other disruptions and on one occasion last year when the roads were particularly bad, an alternative route was planned and worked really well.
We will be back and Hristina was easily worthy of being tipped.

Mountain Rescue were amazing. We left it fairly late to book our transfers but they managed to juggle their existing bookings to fit us in where other companies had simply said no. The drivers were fantastic, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were travelling on one of the busiest weekends of the year but their expert knowledge of all the backroads between the airport and the ski resort meant that we missed the majority of the traffic in the valley. We would definitely recommend. ?
