I would give 0 stars if I could. Nobody ever answers the phone or the door at the office. I applied in JANUARY for the possibility of an apartment in April. It's mid May and no one will answer me about the "refundable" $350 hold fee. I've left about 20 messages since the end of April and no one has called me back. Don't bother with this place, it's a scam

I feel all these negative reviews I’ve moved here less than three months and my rent has been up twice already and like everyone else no answer but quick to grab your money, I even tried that email all in these comments and neither an answer or a call I’m sorry but I won’t sign a lease with them after this it’s a shame how people get ripped off with false promises. No communication or respect it’s a shame to be clear still no communication with them even with the email they share so much here or them personally
Ridiculous how you stuck for a year lease with no options or communication.

This place used be a good place for family to live. Now its worst, every day I smell weed when i got outside and it seems some cars coming to buy weed from one of the residents. We also have to keep our windows closed due to the smell from Marijuana coming inside and making my kids feel sick.

What is going on at your office? I really am wanting to move into the apartment complex because it’s affordable to me and I’m a college student that goes to UCF, can you please answer me please please answer me. Please could you answer the phone or open the offices? You must put things in order with the tenants. It is a family community and many people are taking drugs in front of the children. There is no respect.!!!

This place is terrible ? me and my sister applied for a 2 bedroom unit which was available for June 7th ,2024 we paid $90 application fees and $350 administrative fee we got approved but now the unit is not available when Erica told us that it was ? we have been weeks trying to contact these people no one answers the phones or emails but they are quick to take your money is a shame when you trying to survive out here trying to get a decent apartment and they fool you? telling lies is not right ? we want our money back asap the application fees $90 and the administrative fee $350 so if Erica that works at mystic sees this we want our money back ?️ and no we not emailing no one anymore we just want our money and that’s that . TERRIBLE TERRIBLE WASTE ON TIME SO DISAPPOINTED

They Don't Answer ,Phone ,Email, Door there are cars there I know they run other properties they Don't answer those phones either I got email saying I have to pay renters insurance but that only if you have a washer and dryer I haven't got my new lease yet that says I have to pay renters insurance.
