Take this only if you aren't strapped on time. Pad WAY extra time if you take this. The bus was delayed, but on the bright side we made it to the airport in one piece. Do not arrive with coffee.

I bought tickets at the PABT. Agent told me to go to 41st and 8th. Waited outside for thirty minutes.

Our bus, scheduled for 7:15, pulls up at around 7:10. The driver is clearly in a bad mood. Anyone on line with a cup of coffee gets a lecture: No coffee on the bus! I asked as politely as I could, "Got it, where should I dump it?" He responded, "Just drink it" and walked away.

Everyone on line with a coffee starts downing their coffee. Worth mentioning that caffeine, as a diuretic, makes you pee. Also worth mentioning that there is no bathroom on the bus.

Once I boarded the bus, he checked everyone's tickets. The couple ahead of me did not have tickets, and as a single file line they held up the entire line for minutes. When I boarded the bus and gave him my pass, there was a bag at the front for everyone's empty coffee cups. But before dropping your coffee cup in the bag, you'll be asked again, "You drank that, right?" "Yeap!" "*grumble*

There's a sign on the bus telling the order of the terminal stops. Hand written and not clearly legible if you're past the first few seats. Guess  they couldn't be bothered to print one out.

It's also worth mentioning that tickets do not appear to be for a specific timeslot - it's just a general ticket that is valid for 366 days. I believe this means if the bus is full, you may be sore out of luck and will need to wait for the next bus 45 minutes later.

Always take it from Newark Airport to Manhattan. I used to fly into LGA but once I discovered THE Coach USA I fly into Newark. Getting into Manhattan is easier, cheaper, more comfortable & fast.

Exceptional service, large clean buses with stored luggage, fast. Booked it once I landed. Once on the bus, the bus departed in less than 5 minutes; faster, cheaper & more comfortable than an Uber. My lady driver was exceptionally helpful & polite my bus # was 17002 (Saturday morning 4/27).

Port Authority bus stop. I took this bus on Sunday July 7th at 7:45pm. I had to pay 25$ cash. I didn't get any ticket or something. The driver just grabbed my money and ignored me then I asked about the ticket. Zero chance that it was official. The price is definitely too high for this bus and service. I definitely do not recommend it.

The bus arrives late, the driver let's some people off, and immediatey closed the doors refusing to talk to anyone. The crowd waiting is standing, confused.

15 minutes later ANOTHER bus shows up, the bewildered crowd approaches the driver. He yells something incomprehensible and also disappears into his bus.

A new crowd, for another bus shows up
Some people are saying they've been here for more than 45 minutes.

Am I going to get to my flight on time?
Who the hell knows, but neither of these two drivers care AT ALL about helping people.

The signs designating the bus stop are poorly placed and hard to find.

Don't take this service if you care about reaching the airport in any kind of a consistent and sensible manner.

Worst driver and person, a danger for women. Online it says bus drivers receive credit card. They don’t. Paid with 100, driver said he didn’t accept that. My bag was already in the bus, he asks me to step out of the bus and left with my bag. I ran and knock on the door he drives faster putting me in danger. Four hours later people at coach had been tracking the bus with my bag. He was supposed to stop at one of the determined stops, he didn’t. Had to chase the bus, he didn’t stop. I finally chase him and ask him to open the door , the guy had the bag next to him, he knew he was supposed to stop and leave the bag, he laughed while I tried taking the bag down. He did all of this on purpose.

Terrible. The bus was 25 minutes late and the rude operator manually scans and collects payment from those smart enough to not pay yet. No sense of urgency. Do not pre-pay and take a cab from one of the companies waiting nearby.
