Some of the schedules are confusing. Last time I used the penasco route, the schedule shows a morning southbound route. I waited at the stop by the old rio lucio Cafe. The bus never came, it went straight to trampas. I had to jog to the penasco church to get the bus, barely making it. I called the rtd number and a rude woman told me tough luck. The schedules are misleading, and can lead to someone missing the bus.

I visited the Santa Fe/Taos area in October 2023. I’d like to applaud the Blue Bus routes 200/300 between Santa Fe and Taos. We took a day trip to Taos and the ride was one of the best parts! The scenery was stunning and the bus gave us the ability to gawk instead of drive. If you go from Santa Fe to Taos, you get on the route 200 bus around 7:45am in Santa Fe - check the schedule. You will then need to return on the route 300 bus at 2:50pm from Taos, as this is the last bus that goes all the way back to Santa Fe. It was a fun-filled day and I would do it again!

I called to ask for a time for a certain bus route for a client there was not a bus picking up that day, the staff member suggested another way to be picked up and other team members (staff) stepped in to help with the pick up (transport) She exhibited resourcefulness, kindness ,patience & Thank you North Central Regional Transit of Espanola, N.M.

Website & social media said the 255 Mountain Trail bus would be running every day of the holidays (Dec 24-Jan 2), but the bus never showed up today (12/31). Several people were bummed. No way to contact anyone to figure out what happened. This has happened to me previous holiday seasons, and apparently the bus driver assumed they had the day off. Would love for this issue to be resolved in the future

The Blue bus is completely unreliable yesterday for my family. Both the weekday and weekend schedule show a pickup time of 8:10AM at stop 255 mountain trail (Sandavol and Waters St.) . We arrived early at 8:00 am and I waited in the cold with my three boys hoping to go skiing. No bus at 8:10am. We then waited until 9:10 am hoping they would get back on schedule, but no bus at 9:10am! I made several calls while we waited to their phone number, but no one answered and no return call after I left multiple voice messages and my number. The bus service was completely unreliable and in fact ruined what was a good plan to go snow boarding with my family. I'll never trust or use this service again! Zero stars from me, this was a complete failure. Good luck with this service, you are going to need it!

This service should have more than 2 stars. I’ve been using this bus for years. They’re very clean, the drivers range from polite to friendly and they’re rarely crowded. 99% of my experiences with the Blue Bus have been positive.
