My father purchased a car from Miami, FL and I had to help him set up the transport of his new car. I found Numis Auto Transport of Google and called them to get a quote since they had good reviews. The sales representative Suzanna was really professional and nice and she answered all of my questions ( I HAD ALOT! ) She was very patient with me and my father. We ended up setting the order up with her and she delivered as promised and beyond! The driver was very sweet and kept us updated at all times. Suzanna was easy to reach and the whole process was excellent. I would refer them to all my friends and family.

I have nothing but praise for the thoroughness and attention to customer service that was shown to me during this time. More, the driver treated my car as if it were his own. He, too, was courteous and friendly. What made the "shipping" even more comforting was the shipping price. I couldn't have driven it from NC to CA for what it cost me to ship on a transport! Will I use Numis Auto Transport again...definitely! Do I recommend them...positively. My overall rating...no doubt 5 stars!

Numis Auto Transport is THE BEST auto shipping company!
I cant thank them enough, I spoke with Diana at Numis Auto Transport and she was very helpful and friendly. I was really nervous about transporting my car because I had heard horror stories from my classmates! I set the order up ahead of time with Numis Auto Transport and I have to be honest, I am very glad that I did. My car was picked up within 24 hours and delivery was even faster than anticipated. I would like to start off by saying THANK YOU !!! I was moving back from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA. I travel a lot for work and I need to transport my vehicle continuously. The only thing I can say is I wish I found Numis Auto Transport many years ago! I did some research online looking for a company who was legitimate and reputable with up to date licensing and insurance. A lot of the companies I came across were basically brokers working from home, some companies I came across even had expired licensing. One thing I learned from this industry is you have to do a lot of research on the companies you are considering. Long story short, Numis came through for me , they picked up my vehicle on time and delivered it on time with the rate they promised me. I will definitely be using them in the near future and I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

I agreed on a price and signed an agreement then got a call asking for more money the day before my car was to be picked up. They eventually got it done for the original price, but only after pushing back.

Worse company ever to do business. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. They operate a business from home were you can hear crying children in the background and a lady in the background using way too much profanity. Will NEVER EVER recommend this company to anyone.
