Absolutely awful place. I went to collect my mobile phone and laptop that I had mistakenly left on the bus. The bloke I spoke to said that it hadn't been found by the driver but I could see the red case under his desk. I challenged him about it and he said it was his but my case is decorated with band stickers and I could see them on the case. The man is a liar
and a thief.

Lost my mobile and went to retrieve it from Peckham bus depot, not garage, after speaking to a member of staff who informed me that the driver had found it. The staff were very accommodating and helped no end. I'm so grateful, and about a week later, I was on the same bus route, and a person got on saying she'd left her mobile on the bus. She described it to the driver, and he handed it to her. Proper staff on that 197 route to Croydon.

Very helpful and efficient.I phoned them by mistake -wrong garage- and they realised the mistake I'd made.
Could have been a bit sarcy but they were kind and professional.

Love this place and especially the lady who works here who has helped me twice already! So friendly, understanding and helpful. Very heartening experience. No "jobsworths" here! So if you or a member of your family loses something on the bus, give Peckham Bus Garage a call.

Well to be honest I'm a truck driver and was delivering to Buildbase located opposite. Apparently its OK for trucks to drive into the bus depot and then reverse into Buildbase. I know lots of companies who are not so considerate. Humanity comes first and a little give and take means a great deal

Lost my telephone on a 363 bus. The driver found it, found my home number in the directory and called me to let me know I could collect it from the garage before I even realised I'd lost it. It was very easy to reclaim from the garage office, where lost property is efficiently catalogued and stored safely. Once again I'd like to thank the helpful driver and efficient office staff, as well as the bus operating company for implementing an effective procedure to reunite items of lost property with their owners.
